My father ordered a super supreme from the sun city center Florida location today and it was TERRIBLE!!! There were hardly any toppings on the pizza and several of the slices had nothing but cheese on them. We didn’t realize this until we got back to his house. It will be hungry Howies when we get pizza from now on.

Food arrived 35 mins late and was barely warm. The “double pepperoni” xl New Yorker was skimpy on the pepperoni and despite me putting in the instructions “ extra well done please” the pie was doughy and underdone. Even the slices I put in the air fryer for 15 mins were still soggy with doughy crust. Legit bummed I spent $30 on bad pizza and mediocre boneless wings

I like the pizza but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Usually pick up at the window and that can be a problem. Right now I have been at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting. If you call it takes forever for them to answer.

10 drivers here waiting on food. My older not started until I arrived so I’m told 15 min wait. Sense of urgency issues always here. Considering ALL orders are to go they need to be able to step up faster production

Did online order , one pizza was missing from order. Called to fix it took over 15 mins to get someone on the phone to be told our food was already out. To only then get a text saying the food won't be here for over 45 MINUTES and we live 2.5 miles Away. So our food is stone cold before even arriving. Disappointed will be contacting corporate
