Hadn’t visited this location in a long time because I was never overly impressed with cleanliness or service. I was greeted warmly, my questions were answered and Tonya was very accommodating with my requests. Place looks like new. Lovely experience. Will be back!

There has definitely been a change of pace here . The people that were here about a month or two ago were very rude and had horrible customer service. Now it seems they have had a change in management because the experience was great. Definitely will be returning.

I don’t know if there’s new management or what but I used to come here in the past and I can honestly say there’s a whole new vibe and I’m really glad because living right around the corner subway is been a go to for me for years so great job !!!!And I would highly recommend anybody who loves Subway like I do. It’s way better now!

Place is dirty disgusting and flies everywhere! Online orders go before someone standing in store instead of assisting both the online and in store person! This place is gross every time I do not even know why I try to bother! I hope Walmart takes this nasty place out and puts in something g better and more suitable! To the older gentleman that works there you need to learn to speak better to customers. If you don’t like your job don’t be there but do not be rude to me because I ask why you and your other staff member don’t help who’s in front of you compared to what is ordered online.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Place is filthy! Full of flies and were out of most things. Doesn’t take cash and employees were so rude! Lady named Casey was literally on her phone as we were trying to pay. We had to ask a question 3 times since she was so busy on her phone! Fountain drinks were empty. Terrible place.

So we just took a sandwich back because there was a grown roach in it. People check your food before you leave. This people are absolutely careless,not even a sorry or nothing . Offered me a sandwich,no I took my money back.

Placed an online order while in the store. Watched the employee leave to go smoke and take a phone call when the order was supposed to be ready. When she came back in i asked when my sandwhich would be ready and she said "some lady" called her and told her not to make it for another 30 minutes. Not a great experience with this sandwhich artist.
Like all the reviews say, poor everything worst subway ever don't order online, still going to wait in a line at the store 20 minutes after the order is "ready" in the app just go to publix they have better subs and are way more friendly then this place.

I love this subway, It’s my favorite. The food is so subby. So is the workers, my service was Stephen. I loved him. He kept saying how my day was and making sure my sub was so subby, I love fish stick. Thank you subway and
