This location is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The employees are awful with the sandwiches and customer service. I asked if they were rushing today and the lady said “yes! We have a lot to do” and I was the only person in line lol DO NOT go to this location.

Poor service, angry and complaining about the previous night staff to my husband. Sandwich was subpar, roll was quite stale most certainly from the previous night. We ordered a steak egg and cheese sandwich which is one of our favorites but certainly not from this location. Have never been met with such hostility at a Subway. I agree avoid this location. UGH!

Long story short, I'm tired of customer service positions being filled with people not interested in customer service. There is a second Subway in the gas station in the same plaza. I realize it is the same owner, but seriously. Do better.

I came in a couple days ago around 7:30pm there was two females working behind the counter named Dixie and Emica they took my order, and was very kind also understanding when I wasn’t sure what I wanted she told me to take my time even gave me options she worked very fast and made sure I had a nice time there from the moment I entered the doors. It was very clean and a nice environment 10/10 will come back.

*UPDATE* I reached out the company the day I wrote this review. I got a response back within a couple hours, which was faster than I was expecting. I was asked to send the picture to the GM of the location and I did. Once again, I received a pretty fast response and I was pleased that they were taking my complaint seriously and working fast to get to the bottom of this. A day later I was told I would receive a refund for my sandwich, however I received another email on New Years Eve that I would get a refund on my whole order, so Im pleased with how subway rectified this situation and once again, I'm just grateful this didn't end bad.
Went to this location on Thursday December 26th,2024 to get sandwiches for my kids and I. Usually I don’t have a bad experience but I ate half my foot long sandwich and put the rest in the fridge. Today I went to eat the other half and the first bite I started chewing on something that seemed not right, I pulled it out my mouth and was like “what’s this!?” I started pulling it apart and seen a big piece of plastic! This was in my meatball marinara sandwich. Tried to call the store and it went to a personal home line. Tried to google a number to corporate but it was for gift card balance. I have to send a message through the website but I wanted to talk to someone right away. So I wanted to warn everyone who gets meatball marinara to be careful. I’m glad it was my sandwich and not one of my kids.
