Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Usually I have had great experiences there. This time my smoothie was full of honey to the point where I didn't taste anything else, so I asked for it to be remade. It was remade and full of water this time. Both times it was made by the female manager or owner and I just don't think it was made with consideration just rushed.

I love this location. One of the main things I love is how they immediately greet you and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in they are very fast and sufficient. They all also work very well as a team. I never have any issues when I come to this location thank you. You guys are great!

I must admit that the location in Sun City Center is by far the cleanest, well managed Tropical Smoothie I’ve stepped foot in… hands down andddddd it always smells good lol. The ladies/gents who work at this location puts a lot of pride and effort in preparing food items. I’m a Happy customer every timeeeeeee 🙌🏽 lol!!!!!!! Thank you 🙏🏽!

Cashier took my order and walked away. Never noticed that I was paying cash. Another mbr of the staff saw me standing with money in hand and stopped what she was doing to finish my transaction.

Asked for an extra cup so I can pour some of my smoothie into it, asked her not to split it for me and then she proceeded to split it anyways and dump out the extra because she had already put it into a large cup.

Amazing Experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

I had a fantastic visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to the outstanding service from Alexis, Brianna and Cynthia. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for.

My smoothie was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I like it. The store was also clean, well-organized, and had a positive vibe. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience.

Shoutout to Alexis, Brianna and Cynthia for going above and beyond! They made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my friends and family.

I try to avoid this Tropical Smoothie. I have never been to a Tropical Smoothie where they charge you for straws or cups or refuse to give you an extra cup or straw. Smh, I was just giving a cup to my daughter. I paid $18 for 2 smoothies, I don’t understand why I can’t just have an extra small cup out the profits you just got from me. I prefer the Tropical Smoothie on 301.

The manager will never get our business again! Not our brokerage or our family’s! I used to have good things to say about this location but I was in the store eating a smoothie bowl and it has the most God awful chemical taste like it has poison in it. This is the third time I have tasted something nasty in my smoothie at this location but the first time I have asked to get it replaced. Many of the girls who work here are kind and nice but today there was this very very miserable boy working there who told me basically get over it. The $11 I spent plus tip wasn’t being replaced. I would need to buy another smoothie if I wasn’t happy. I was shocked! I am a realtor and have never had someone treat me like this. Granted I never complain about food either but when something tastes like straight chemicals/poison and I’m the one being mistreated over it something needs to change! I thought surely the manager will tell her to make me another one but she came back and said I needed to purchase another one at $11 even though the first one wasn’t edible. I spend literally $100/week at this location not including my mom! Very poor customer service. I absolutely love some of the girls that work there. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the management or the new boy. I will make sure my Mom stops placing her large weekly orders as well. We can make our own smoothies at home and not worry about being poisoned. I am still in shock they treated me this way or refused to replace my smoothie bowl that tasted like straight cleaning supplies! Poor business management! I’m a local realtor! Our office is next door and my family spends a lot of money in this place! No more!

Good smoothie location. I’ve always ordered on the app and order was ready when I arrived. Recommend reducing sugar on smoothies when ordering as they are sweet enough.
