Einstein Bros. Bagels

Reviews of poor customer service are of no exaggeration. This has to be the absolute worst location I’ve been to. Extremely rude and very unapologetic when I went back to fix my sandwich. If there are items out of stock, that should be communicated before delivering a sandwich with things missing.

Kid-friendliness: Open floor plan with plenty of room for strollers.

Wheelchair accessibility: A newly constructed cement ramp is located in front of the restaurant’s accessible parking. Spacious room for wheelchair accessible dining at the tables.

The place was close at 6.45 because the manager is not there!!! Need a new management!

Ordered a sandwich and lemonade for pickup and this place was awful. The one employee was having a conversation on an earpiece and not paying attention as a line of people was forming. My ordered was ready but surprise - the turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich had no turkey. And the lemonade had no ice. The order would have been given to me without chips too had another worker check the bag and added it. Go somewhere else.

The manager is a little intense and gets desperate and makes a lot of gestures when he doesn't understand what you're asking, even pointing to the photo, he grabs his head, rolls his eyes, really very little patience, I think a smile and someone kinder would be fantastic especially in the mornings.

Very bad attention from the cashier and his assistant. Very unpleasant. Only one Peruvian woman who works there, very friendly… the rest is useless.

i never leave reviews…i tried to call to fix an order and there was no response which was upsetting but what upset me more was hearing the staff was rude to my delivery driver when he asked if they can add something to my order and charge me through door dash. I understand it’s early in the morning and if they can’t charge me on the app but was it necessary to be rude to the driver? Do better please or don’t work a service industry job if you can’t be kind to customers and delivery drivers.

If I could put 0 star I would. This place is always dirty. They close at 1pm. They only have whipped cream cheese that tastes like nothing. Bagels are either burnt or not cooked. I just don’t understand how “Einstein bros bagels” has bagels that are less good than at Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks when it is supposed to be their specialty. And they cut their orange juice with water. Fountain drinks Coke is not working and hasn’t been working for a few months. It seems like the cashier is bothered by doing her job. When I asked for extra cream cheese they got mad at me.

BAGELS WITH AN ATTITUDE.
This Einstein Bros has the most unfriendly, indifferent, and rude team. They never smile. They always look at you as if you bother them. You can be standing there for a while to place an order and nobody would say - "we'll be right with you!" or "how can we help?" NOTHING. You can be standing there at the "wrong spot" (6 feet away from the "right spot") waiting to place the order (they moved it to the casher, as opposed to the beginning of their counter with all the drinks, and don't have an "order here" sign ), so you'll be literally standing in front of them waiting for them to take your order, and they would not even speak to you or ask if you need help, or if you are ready to order... unless YOU ASK them. You'll be standing there for a while. The place is also filthy, flies flying, etc.. Some staff members don't wear hair nets. It's just nasty and unfriendly, and in a dire need of major attitude adjustment and customer service training.

I absolutely love this place! But I have to say that the service has change so much. The past few times that I have come later with my father @ noon
They don’t welcome you , 0 smiles
They are more interested in been on theirs phones
The cleaning lady was the whole time on her phone on a conversation
An elder man spilled his coffee and she didn’t clean it
The family did

This was one of my number one space to come with my father
