My experience at Einstein Bros Bagels was horrendous. The person at the cash register had a rude and disrespectful demeanor. They were incredibly impolite and seemed annoyed to even serve customers. The service was slow and disorganized, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I will be avoiding this place in the future and will not recommend it to anyone looking for friendly and efficient service.

Came in on a busy Friday noon, had great help for my handicapped autistic daughter. Had great help from a worker with our wheel chair. Food was great and I didn't even see any roaches, people are lying!!!!‼️‼️‼️Kid-friendliness: My daughter was treated with the utmost respect.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. But the portions aren't right at all... I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew. And was basocally handed a cup of ice. Before leaving the plaza I had already finished my drink. Here is a photo of how much ice I was given for an already cold drink (cold brew) for almost $5 dollars i expect more coffee, and less ice. Chocolate chip bagel was fresh and had proper amount of cream cheese.
Tastes like everything was sitting out for a while and then microwaved. Also, dont expect a refund for food you paid for that you didnt get. Corporate does not answer or even acknowledge your requests when you submit them.
