If you say you close at 9:00 PM, you should actually operate like you’re open until 9.

Multiple times now, arriving between 8:00 and 8:30 PM, the coffee machine is already cleaned, coffee is “no longer available,” and drinks are served only in paper cups. By 8:40 PM, customers are rushed out and made to feel unwelcome.

Tonight at 8:30 PM, we were told there was no coffee at all because everything had already been shut down. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

It feels like the staff wants customers gone well before closing time. Either adjust your hours or provide the service you advertise.

They supposed to close at 9pm but all the time I go there around 8:30 and they refuse to serve us coffee because the machine is already cleaned. Besides that when they serve before 8:30 it’s in a disposable cup because they don’t want to clean anything anymore. Very disappointed. Why don’t say it closes at 8:30 instead of 9:00? They basically refuse to serve after 8:30 pm. Ridiculous.

Warm, welcoming staff, delicious ice and regular coffee, an actual power outlet to plug in my laptop and good-not-too-loud music. Indoor and outdoor seating, WiFi, clean bathrooms. Empanadas were tasty as well.

This place has an extraordinary ambiance for a bakery with plenty of relaxing accommodations for business meetings, meet-ups, and quick bites. The food is phenomenal and staff is very family oriented. I will come back every time I visit Florida.
