Cashier needs to improve costumer service. If she doesn’t speak English at least a good attitude, that’s the bare minimum. It says a lot that management still allow this kind of behavior, because is not the first time someone complains about this

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at European Delights, especially at their café Dacha.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, cozy, and inviting. The atmosphere has such a charming European vibe that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment.

The food was truly exceptional — every dish was beautifully presented and full of rich, authentic flavors. You can tell that a lot of care goes into both the quality of ingredients and the presentation. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious.

The service was just as impressive — attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It really made the whole experience feel even more special.

This is easily one of the best places to eat and relax, whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or a cozy coffee break. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again — highly recommend! ✨

Customer service below zero! I live pretty close to this store, that’s why I go there with the hope that at this time they will be nicer. NO, they are not. Cashiers are VERY RUDE !!!!!!

We have been trying a lot of things from the menu and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Eastern European food including pierogi, pickles, smoked fish, cold cuts, but also fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, etc. All - competitive prices!

This store is fantastic for Eastern European products, such as my favorites—smoked mackerel, šaltiena, farmer cheese, mineral water, and a range of other specialty delicacies. It also features a great restaurant with homemade, hearty daily breakfast and combo lunch options.

The best European food prices

I had a very poor experience at this European grocery store. The staff always seemed busy, their expressions were unfriendly, as if they were working there against their will. At the checkout, the service was the same — no greeting, and the cashier had an angry, thoughtful look on their face. I hadn’t even finished printing my receipt after paying when the cashier ran off to collect carts, as if that was more important than handing me my receipt, smiling, and saying goodbye. We had to call the cashier back just to get our receipt for the groceries. I will not be coming back to this store and will not recommend it to my friends. Either work with your staff or increase their wages; perhaps then they would have more motivation to work and serve customers properly.
