Here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and had horrible experience with the food. Ordered a Steak and was over cooked and salty. They brought the check without asking if we wanted to order something else. Very disappointed!

Vibe and room is great but the service is AWFUL…Had a question about the menu and the waiter goes “it’s a short menu im sure you can read” and refused to answer the question I ask. Needless to say we left and then the waiter continued his rudeness mocking my party saying “oh so nice of you to stay for water”… Definitely not the kind of place I want to take my family on vacation

It was busy with 2 big tables, but honestly we sat down right as one was finishing and the other sat as we were ordering. Our service should not have been affected but sadly it was.

The hotel is a disaster as is the restaurant. Dirty, poor service and variety and quality of breakfast of a bed and breakfast. Poorly equipped and old rooms. Beach service is not enough for all guests. Everything is dirty, old man. We will not return.

Happy hour though is non existent. They advertise it as if it's some big thing but it is non-existent. No food a couple of drinks and wine. that's about it!
Also pool drinks are terrible. The frozen drinks don't taste like anything - no flavor whatsoever. I don't think they put enough mix in with the ice. I stayed at Marriott in fort Lauderdale and they are frozen drinks were absolutely delicious. It's like they're trying to save money but if you're paying 20 bucks for a frozen drink, in my opinion it should taste good and have a good amount of alcohol in it!

I personally had my best experiences with “Daniele Ippolito” . Extremely well mannered, very nice and extremely patient on top of everything. He dose his job amazingly and always made sure customers (including myself) are 100% satisfied.

we did the little bartending class here with david, it was so much fun and super cool! we hung out after on the patio and the food was delicious. Our waiter was so kind to us and made the experience a 10/10. came back for breakfast the next morning and it was amazing!

Baleen kitchen is a great location to dine, different dishes to choose from earth to sea food it’s to die for. It is a must have… try it out and let me know what you think. Service is great Daniel and the rest of the team are stellar. Music is just right it create a great ambiance to enjoy the rest of the night.
