Authentic Georgian cuisine. Kababs are perfectly cooked, and were very delicious.

Terrible service. Cold food. Water came without ice to start with. AVOID

Actual ROACH NEST place is crawling with roaches a woman on a table next to us got a roach IN HER ICE CREAM. The management doesn’t care or is incompetent. We asked to speak to a manager the waiter gave us a dirty look didn’t say anything and walked away never to be seen again another waiter had brought us the check DONT GO HERE RUN THE OTHER WAY

Never again will I come back with my family you don’t screw your customers out of money which seems to be the Miami way because I now did my research! You want to add a tip to a bill great you tell the table when dropping the check you don’t leave it on a menu in small print we were a table of 4 Shane on you! So now I tip on the credit card and the waitress receives a double tip or the owner keeps the money who knows seems this goes on a lot from people I dike with. Been in this business for 32 years you tell your customer period!!! No excuse for this so 150.00 tip given the waitress was good but not that good and your food was good but nothing to brag about at those prices Shame on you ! Wonder why on Thursday night you were dead!!! Also no parking for my handicap father between the construction etc.. all the handicap parking was blocked off another nail in the coffin so disappointed ☹️

Disappointed. Extremely unprofessional. I came here as a guest for the birthday party and nobody was happy. I am not sure why would somebody come to this place? Ok, so they do have waterfront, but you have "to know somebody" to sit there. We waited for the food for almost two hours! Two hours!?! Keep in mind that the place was almost empty. And the food was average. The pricing - it's understood waterfront restaurant - pricing is elite. But only if it was worth it... And the icing on the cake is the service or better complete lack of it. So, no not recommended. Value does not match the hustle and price.

Walked in the restaurant was empty should’ve been clued in by that. They had nothing that we wanted to order everything we asked for they did not have lobster was $88 really? We just got drinks and then left it was about two sips in each drink and they Charged $14 do not waste your money all these other reviews must’ve been written by their family.

It's been a while since we dined at Gem, prices increased since last visit but reasonable for a waterfront spot. The restaurant is clean with polite staff. Suggestions: have something better than a copy paper packet with a staple for your menu. Also, if you have a party of 5 or more, offer to combine tables instead of the customer just getting an extra chair themselves from another table, especially if the entire indoor dinning area is empty. Other than that, the food was enjoyable. There's a great view of the intracoastal water way in the back but there's some work being done and barriers are up, deterring from the scenery. This is probably not in their control but something to keep in mind if you're going for the view and may want to eat outside.

It was an amazing experience to visit this beautiful place! My family and I got the reservation just in front of the water!the food was extremely cool and our server Dasha was the best.we were waiting for our orders, but she made our time better.very nice location, all of dishes were perfect.I'll highly recommend this place, but you should wait for your order!so ask Dasha to serve you, cause that's why it worth it)

So we visited this place back in February. First negative thing that I have to mention is extremely long wait time. I mean it. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes just to get your food. Khinkali was not well cooked and waitress didn't knew the difference between multiple wines on a menu. So we faced very disappointed experience, not recommending this restaurant to anyone. If you wanna try Georgian food please go to any other place.

The food was great. I had the spaghetti with mussels, shrimps, calamari. The serve was too serious and too sympathetic to costumer service (smiling or passing by to check). The manager was better than the server.

Excellent food and terrific view. We had hachepuri (Georgian cheese bread), Branzini, and some appetizers. Everything was delicious and filling. Service was mostly good, a bit slow to order but after ordering the food was brought very quickly. Definitely going back next time I am in Miami.
