Cool, spot. Gates.
I stayed at the Newport Resort and one day I decided to take a walk in the morning! My husband got in the ocean and when he tried to get out it was rough for him. He felt and other people sitting on the chairs tried to assist him sat him down on 1 of the chair. Employees from your place were so rude trying to kick him out while he was not able to breathe instead assisting with the situation! Poor customer service!
Horrible Place!! Cristian, the owner, is a superb man from Córdoba and has all his employees illegally, they change staff all the time.
The facilities are very cozy!! Efficient beach service. Thanks to Nicolás for his attention and to the guys from the beach!

It’s a shame that they can’t clean up after themselves and are littering the public beach.
Everything spectacular beautiful Perfect beautiful, but unfortunately the girls at the front desk are extremely rude, they do not want to give complete information, they do not make eye contact, they send people to the wrong apartment, they should invest in giving them a course on how to treat customers and all kinds of people, tonight I witnessed the treatment that the girl at the front desk gave to a woman working in Delivery, and she really left a lot to say, very rude, I didn't like it...
Peaceful view & let me just say ( Hector ) from valet right away should be the level of professionalism awaiting me!Agustina is running a tight ship! Spotless facility, welcoming staff that's always Ginuwine & helpful. The service was top notch!

They have enough room to have building employees cleaning residents cars in the service area for an extra $ but no parking for cars servicing the units. Your just making you tenants pay extra money but I guess they can afford it and you guys don't really care. Without your residents you have no job, they should come first. Stop picking and choosing who's going to be treated fairly and treat your residents guests nicer.
