I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I’m vegan and very clearly ordered a vegan burger, but was served a steak burger instead. This isn’t just a small mistake — for someone with dietary restrictions or ethical choices, that’s a huge deal.There was no attention to detail and it honestly made me question how seriously they take customer orders. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their order accuracy and staff training. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

The quality of food and preparation could be better. And definitely your response to my review shows your customer service could be so much better too…

I ordered a pickup with a smoothie, but I had to ask for a sauce since it wasn’t in the bag. Unfortunately with the smoothie placed inside, it wet the bag and ripped opened causing the smoothie to spill all over the floor including the sauce. I asked to make another one and they did. When my mom came back to pick up the smoothie, she asked to replace the sauce including she showed pictures of the incident with the destroyed bag. The dark curly hair girl at the cashier abruptly said no she has to pay for it. Yet, the Brazilian male server understood her story and decided to help my mom. But as he was handing the sauce to my mom, a blonde Brazilian server interrupted and yanked it out of his hands and demands my mom to pay for the sauce.. for $0.50.. when my mom just wanted 1. Then ended with telling my mom that the owner will be having a discussion with her about this like what?? lol. I understand about supply and demand but this could have been approached in a more calm and ethical way. Kinda embarrassing that it turned into a scene and I added a tip for my order to begin with.

Great place with great, fresh food! Service is fast and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast and lunch here almost every day during my stay in Miami. Would definitely recommend!

A true gem in Miami! I don’t even know where to begin when describing this amazing place. My family and I are spending our vacation in Miami, and we’ve come here several times already – it truly feels like home every time!
The food is absolutely delicious – fresh , organic , and full of flavor. But what makes this place truly special is the staff: incredibly friendly , warm, and welcoming. You can feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around, and what an amazing discovery. Everything I ordered was incredibly delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The food is not only full of flavor but also very healthy, which is perfect for anyone looking for nutritious options without compromising on taste.The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made great recommendations and made me feel right at home.
