Probably one of the worst McDonald's in the area. Slow. Staff lacks any customer service skills. They speak to you with the fewest words possible. I gave her my mobile order number. She said OK. That's it. Ok. No. Drive to the window. I got your order. Just Ok. Hmmm ok do you have my order now? Should I pull around? Then I asked her did you get my order, what do you want me to do? Finally, she said yes pull around.
If you can't communicate with people, you should not be in customer service.

Due to my work, I constantly travel on business across different states in the U.S., and I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations over the years. I can confidently say that this McDonald’s is one of the best in the entire country in terms of food quality.
The fries here are exceptional — always crispy, fresh, and clearly cooked in clean, fresh oil, not bitter or overused oil like in many other locations. The burgers are assembled perfectly: neat, beautiful, and consistent every time. The buns are baked just right, and the meat is fresh, fragrant, and cooked exactly as it should be.
On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. You can really feel the presence of an excellent manager who knows how to run a team and maintain high standards. This location sets the bar very high and truly stands out among McDonald’s restaurants across the United States. Highly recommended.

Can’t say, I’ve enjoyed my experience at McDonald’s in a long time but this was good! I mean honestly the food was great everyone there seemed like they wanted to be there especially the guy at the front counter who was clearly going above and beyond but still managing to have a great attitude. He said his name was Douglas! An again I mean I was genuinely impressed with our burgers they weren’t haphazardly thrown together like most McDonald’s I have been too lately. They were pretty good and the place was honestly really clean too.

The ordering pick up process is a mess here, also why the worriers are slaving away n the back to take care of the crazy number of orders while the manager (or supervisor) just having great conversations in the counter? I say that because I ask on of them for my order and he literally roll his eyes when I did. Just glad I don’t live there so I don’t have to put with his attitude

I have always loved McDonald’s ice cream and as usual, I bought one for myself and my niece. Since I have type 2 diabetes, I always walk for 30 minutes afterwards. This time, since my family was going to the beach, I walked part of the way with them in my sneakers. After about 30 minutes, I returned to pick up my car and was shocked to see it towed.
When I confronted the tow truck crew, they claimed that the parking lot was for McDonald’s customers only and refused to even look at my receipt. They began to violently tow my vehicle. When I suggested calling the police, they became violent, physically assaulted me, causing serious injury. Even though I did not touch them, they falsely accused me of assault and called the police themselves. I want to make it clear that this McDonald’s location acted unfairly. It was clear that they were the ones who started the towing for no reason. In the end, I told the police that I didn't want to press charges because I had to drive 20 hours to my home in Austin, Texas. It was a very upsetting and unfair experience for me.

I used to love picking up uber eats at this store but now these new workers can't keep up with the orders. They stay in the back and won't even check with the drivers about the delivery pick ups. Drivers wait longer just to pick up anything.

Great burger and French Fries!! Service is good for fast food. I've only ever been to the drive thru which is generally very busy, so I can't speak to amotsphere. But it is convenient and open at all hours which is great when you are hungry at 2:00 a.m!
Either you guys don’t know how to hire or you don’t know how to train your employees because there’s this one rude old lady who only speaks Spanish in the front. With no form of saying excuse me or any type of manners, she’s just rudely say no scooter. If you guys don’t want scooters in the restaurant then I suggest you to put a sign at the door to prevent that interaction. That place is very unfriendly and ended up buying at Burger King where they know how to treat their customers right. The saying is true why dine in with a clown when you can dine with a King.😂

Horrible experience at McDonald's at 17730 Collins Avenue. My kids ordered online for pickup inside the restaurant to eat there. When they arrived, the restaurant was closed due to construction, although there was no warning when placing the order. The kids wanted to eat inside, but they couldn't - and this is unacceptable.
They went to the drive-thru, but since they were not in a car, but on scooters, they were refused to give their order. Moreover, the employee - an elderly woman with red hair - started yelling at them, brought them to tears. I heard all this on the phone and was forced to personally come to resolve the situation.
In the end, the kids did get their food - but only after my intervention. It was extremely inconvenient and humiliating.
This attitude towards customers is simply outrageous. Instead of care - rudeness and ignorance. This showed that customers are not valued at all here, and there is no talk of any kind of service. I do not recommend this branch to anyone. One of the worst experiences in my life.
