Hey, so I paid like 40 bucks dor 3 breakfast meals. I was charged for bbq sauce in breakfast, and I didn't even ask for BBQ sauce. They are slick. Tried to charge me for something I didn't buy. The lady acted surprised. Super disgusting.

Horrible customer service. The Managers are extremely unprofessional at A.M. shift, disrespectful, rude etc. Not with the uniform code, no name tags. 1/5 star and probably the worst McDonalds I’ve personally been to. Do not recommend!

I came for the first time with my 4 year old son, he was very excited about the Happy Meal toy, to my surprise they didn't have them. Seriously? I asked if there were any discontinued toys since my son didn't know what the current one was and they didn't even care.

It was full of children, I'm not against them and I love them but they were running around all over the place and the parents weren't doing anything about it. On the contrary, it seemed like they had gotten rid of them 🙄. Well prepared food. The HYPER SALTY potatoes 🙄. I asked for take away and the girl gave me the soda in her hand and the hamburger in the typical brand cartridge and I told her: I didn't come by car, I came on foot. Can you give me a bag please? And he gave it to me reluctantly. I don't know why, because it's part of McDonald's marketing or branding.
Kid-friendliness: This McDonald's looked like a kindergarten, so if you go with children at lunch time (time I was there), they will be happy playing between tables or with the touch screen 🙄🙄

It is not how it was years ago the food and service is down the tube. Meaning you will just stand in front of register until they decide to come take your order.
Nice location in sunny isles. Staff is friendly enough. You still experienceverything else that makes McDonald's a miserable experience. Most McDonald's I review get 1 start so 3 for McDonald's is good.

I usually get a choice of either pancakes or croissants with big breakfast, neither croissants nor pancakes I get. Ask the server she said she doesn't know about pancakes. I also thought coffee comes with it, too. Experience was not good especially a place from Collins

I don't like to write a bad review but sometimes we need to let the owner know how his business is being run from the customer's point of view.
Two days ago, we were out in this area and were hungry. It wiuld be a long drive in heavy traffic before we would be home. We wanted something quick. So we stopped at this McDonald's that we have never been to. Should taste like any other location, right? We ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget box to split plus fries. We started driving again and decided to eat while driving. We both gasped at the same time and said "Eeeww!!" The nuggets were so dry, so tasteless, so 2-day-old tasting that we wanted to spit it out. I only ate one piece and threw away the rest. It was gross. To get rid of that taste, I had a couple of fries, and I had the same reaction! Dry and lukewarm and also tasted like 2 day old fries. I couldn't eat any more. Just awful. My daughter was also disappointed! We had water bottles in the car and washed it down.
We will never be returning here again. I see that there are other negative reviews about the same problem.
