I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I come this sunny isles mc Donald’s they give me the worst service , the food is cold fries is soggy and old .. they’ll put the cookies in the microwave and make it really hot and hard still serve it to you . I came here one time these people put cheese in my orange juice an I have pictures still disgusted by that .

Why is the place so disgusting! You guys need to change the oil! Also my drink tasted like Clorox. It shouldn’t be this complicated to just follow the rules of the recepe sandwich was cold nothing tasted good so disappointed not coming back to this location ever.

Currently sitting in line. Been sitting here for 45 minutes. The drive through is absolute carnage. People blowing their horns, trying to leave. Absolutely mismanaged. Guy at taking orders doesnt speak english or spanish. Takes him 15-20 minutes to even address the people at the order screen. On top of that there are 2 lines to order from which he does not alternate evenly. Takes 4 cars from 1 window… then 1 from the other. Absolute train wreck of an operation.

Earlier this morning, I attended a different McDonald's location and before returning home, I attended this location to prove a point to myself regarding price of a steak, egg & cheese combo.So, I placed an order for the same at this location and was then asked what I wanted as my drink. I responded with a small coffee and was then told to drive up to the window. I paid for my order and compared my receipt from the previous location and this location which are only 2.2 miles apart. Here's what I found.Although I wasn't upcharged for a medium coffee, I actually paid more for my combo at this location than the previous one. As well, there is a drink upcharge on my receipt for the amount of .10. Why are we being upcharged and why does a combo cost more at this location than other locations???Also, before I pulled away, I checked my food bag to see that all was there which it wasn't. I was only handed a coffee and the sandwich but not the hashbrown. No napkins as well. As well, when I wanted to pay, the employee just stared at me holding the payment machine and when I asked for the total, she could not even respond to me and had to ask for another employee to answer my question.Spanish is not the only language here in South Florida and the owner / manager of this location should keep that in mind when placing persons in certain positions.

I swear this McDonalds branch in Sunny Isles hits different. The melt of the cheese, the use of condiments, and the warmth are always just right. It reminds me of McDonalds in Europe. When I was having my meal, the manager was walking around the tables to make sure everything was alright. This is a good sign.

Really food that leaves a lot to be desired. I only went because it was the only place open to eat after a long trip. High prices in relation to the quality of the food. We must highlight the attention of the cashier, the girl is very friendly and willing to help. In short, a place to get out of trouble.
