Miami Juice

This place has gone downhill. We’ve ordered many times before, but today’s breakfast which we ordered for pick up was unacceptable. The fruits were brown, smelled fermented, and clearly spoiled—we couldn’t eat it. After eating the eggs and salmon, four people in our office started feeling food poisoning symptoms.
I called and spoke with the manager, Aaron, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He only offered a credit for future orders, but honestly, we don’t feel safe eating here again.
Food safety and customer care should be a priority—sadly, both lacking.

Healthy. Clean. Delicious food. Get the chicken salad. Bbq chicken platter or anything breakfast.

The manager got furious at us for putting a take out order then eating our açaí bowl at the bar as we waited for our salads to finish. He said we can’t eat at the bar. He was very rude and called us liars which was absurd. Awful customer service and it’s sad because this was a place I always came to and will now never return to because of this owner/ manager. Rest of the staff was nice, just a very rude manager. Sad!

The manager is very rude. He got mad at us because we ordered food to go and and an açai to eat at the bar and he started yelling at us treating us as if we were thieves. The lady that made us the açai was very nice though!

🥰 So happy to find this awesome place 5min walk from our hotel. Atmosphere ++ couldn’t fault the beautiful service or the available treats. The smoothies and juice choices were ace and the menu is clean. Highly recommend a refreshing stop here 🌻

Was one of my fav spots, for their menu, food consistency and level of service. disappointed this time. What happens guys?
Do you need a chef? I’m willing to help, but don’t ruin this spot with Publix dressings and rude service.

I thought for a long time whether to write or not. But for such an attitude towards me I had to make a scandal. The waitress treated me disrespectfully, said that there was no Wi-Fi, when I ate without asking me she gave me the bill and included a 20% tip. Where in America have you seen that without asking the client they include another 20% tip?! Look how they brought the food. This is the most terrible thing I have seen in my life

I was dreaming of their roasted butternut squash with tuna salad for a while. The food was delicious the service too, but the squash was tiny and seemed scooped out. Proportionally, I would rather have more squash than the salad.

The food is yummy and amazing!!! Service is beyond pleasant. Just watch when you get the check….. tip added to the total AND ALSO suggested tip at the bottom which is confusing.

This morning I made breakfast but decided on something light before starting to work so I got a smoothie from this place I’ve driven by a few times. I got the smoothie that was recommended to me and it did not disappoint and I got to support a local business which is an added plus. Next time, I’ll ask what’s the special of the day/week and make sure to get that!
