I wish I can post the video of them leaving dirty gloves on my plate. I’m calling the health department on this place not only did the service completely suck but THEY LEFT DIRTY USED GLOVES ON MY PLATE!

Pipa Lounge!!! WOW!!! Anton, Ksenia, Sergey and service WERE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !!! A real place for fun and amazing food!!! That’s was an unforgettable experience.

This lounge bar in Sunny Isles is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, with stylish decor and cozy seating. The cocktails were expertly crafted and delicious, and the menu had a great selection of bites to pair with our drinks. The most disrespectful and rude server at this place is a blonde older woman with short hair.
Now after reading all the reviews here apparently many people experienced the same disrespect and attitude problem like we did and with the same person.
No idea how person who is so rude and disrespectful to people can be working as a server?
Can’t agree more with all the previous comments that it does feel like you are doing her a favor to come to this place.

Don’t bother to contact the owner because he is aware of this person and all the complaints about her and doesn’t do anything about it.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The Tom Yum soup was bursting with flavor, and the sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious. A special mention goes to our server, Kseniya—a short-haired blonde—who was absolutely outstanding. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I was there personally that evening. The service is simply amazing. Absolutely the right approach to selecting songs for a karaoke evening.
The audience was very active, and singing dull songs all the time was a slap to everyone who was sitting in the establishment.

We recently hosted an event in the VIP room, and everything was perfect! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. After our event, we joined the karaoke in the main area, and it was a blast! Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place for both private events and a fun night out.

I was simply shocked. Firstly, because the owner of the establishment was among the visitors and only his table sang songs. The song ends, he asks to play the next one and they play it for him 🗿 I repeatedly went to DJ Sergei and asked when it would be our turn and that we were already missing our turn for the third round. A couple of tables sing, then the owner sings 5 ​​songs and they just let us through!!!! Then Sergei told me to change the song,” and sing something more fun! 🫣 so I came to the establishment to amuse someone? Or how to understand this? When they finally gave us microphones, I spent half the song asking them to make the music quieter and the microphones louder. It feels like it was just on purpose. After which I again controlled when it was our turn. That is, I didn’t relax and enjoy the atmosphere, but simply controlled the situation. What kind of service is this??? I even approached this owner of the establishment and made a remark that there are other people here who want to sing and have a great time just like him. They also have an interesting scheme: there is no queue order, the DJ himself moves the songs and decides what the next one will be. After another phrase from the owner of the establishment “play this one for me now,” I went up to the DJ and asked what was happening and why I had to constantly clarify when we were singing, he told me “karaoke is a place where people sing GOOD” 😵‍💫 after which I asked if this meant that I sing poorly and he said “yes, I’ll include those who sing well.” I was simply shocked! I came for a good mood, I spend money at the bar, after all, I don’t sing badly, and even if I sang badly, what right does your DJ have to say that to the guests??? Karaoke is a place for all people, no matter how they sing, it is a place for creativity and a release of emotions. The evening was ruined as much as possible, a terrible establishment that lowers self-esteem and spoils the mood. I will never go back there in my life and will give maximum publicity to all my friends and on my Instagram blog.
