I was pretty disappointed. The $17 Margarita came in a small plastic water cup. The burger was smaller than and about as flavorful as a pre-made patty from Walmart. My wife's chicken wrap looked decent. She said it was loaded with chicken, so that's a win. Service was slow, and not very hospitable.

Front desk staff friendly. Good location on the beach, The room was very dirty, the floor was sticky, your socks would get dirty from walking in it, a very bad smell in the bed and pillows. I don't think I would stay there again. improve cleaning please don't be so lazy and dirty. Check on your cleaners.
Beautiful hotel, very clean , Good prices for location The Agents at front when I come in super professional, with the smile and taking the time to explain and meet my necessity .thank you so much Whitney and Kesleen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Every time I visit this place I am treated very well. The front desk associate 'Ingrid' always goes above and beyond to make sure everything with my reservation is set up correctly. The staff is great, just make sure you call 15 minutes in advance for Valet. The only con I have is that the sheets on one of my bed's were dirty.
Let me start with the employees ?? bad attitude, not all of them but, majority had a bad attitude specially Dorty, the Cuban lady in the swimming pool…I will never ever ever go back there….she was the worst. Not even the cleaning crew have good attitude…the only people that were nice were Joe the concierge. He did help us booking some tours…he was awesome, parking attendant was great ? the gift shop ??? the lady was nasty ? the swimming pool was empty….then place needs a good management soon.place is going down if they don’t do anything about the services.
Thank you for the winderful service provided by front desk staff truly thank you whitney and horacio for the excellent treatment and woow what a marvelous location resort and beach we see alot of changes and they look great we are excited for this trip
Clean resort, friendly staff, great check in workers. My check in worker Ingrid was amazing, she is so nice and helpful. She gave me my room early without an extra charge. My room is so clean and the view is amazing.
While checking in, it was easy to valet our car. Everyone was nice and caring. Kesly made our night. He has great customer service and made us feel welcome. His smile and his caring will definitely make this hotel my top priority home away from home. The rooms are clean and comforting and has a partial kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. Very spacious to create great memories. Thank you Kesly.

As usual the staff is always amazing. Thank you to all especially the plunge Bar staff! We can’t wait to come back once the pool is ready! The Hotel is getting a major face lift and is starting to look really Nice.
Thank you to the Ramada Inn Marco Polo staff for the help and support they gave us in order to be able to have our event of over 150 rooms rented and with a party of more than 500 people attending. Thank you Gary and Melodie (sales Department), Novi (reservations), Milton (Food and beverages), Whitney (Front Desk) and Hector (Head Director). A great place to have your event, this is our 2nd consecutive year and willing to come back.
I booked this hotel for its location… on the beach . What I didn’t realize was that the beach is not kept up with and there was tons of seaweed beach wide. There is a private rental company on the beach and to be able to have 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella cost $40 per day. If that wasn’t enough they forgot to mention their valet parking is $25 a day and it is offsite. If you want your car you need to call a minimum of 30 minutes prior to planned departure. The rooms need a lot of improvement. Chipped paint throughout bedroom and bathroom. Stains in the bathroom sink that appeared permanent. Complimentary hair dryer kept falling off the wall and there were no fans in the bathroom to help prevent mold. Kitchenette was adequatel but there was only one garbage can in the entire room and that was a tiny pail in the bathroom. Front desk was pleasant but other staff left much to be desired. For the price and extra added fees. I would have stayed elsewhere.
Rooms were very dirty … found mold in ceiling vent … balcony window to look at ocean was filthy .. found a cupboard full of Random used items such as swimming trunks.. used sunscreen, peanut butter etc
I stayed at this hotel on my trip to FL to escape the winter weather and read all the bad reviews but decided I was going to chance t anyway because it was right on the beach and that is what I really wanted. I arrived very early on a Thursday morning so my room was not ready and the concierge desk wasn't open to leave my luggage, but I just waited (slept) in the lobby. The older white gentleman who worked at the concierge desk was very friendly both times I left my bags with him, unfortunately I did not remember his name. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and provided great service, Ingrid let me know when my room was ready and I could check-in, Angel checked me in then called to see if I was satisfied with my room and Rafaella when I was checking out on Monday. Having dealt with customer service myself I know how horrible people can be so I always try NOT to be one of those customers and be understanding of the people working because some other rude customer(s) may have just ruined their day. During my hours spent in the lobby I never saw them being unfriendly with the guests. I am not very picky about my hotel, but I do want it to feel clean and safe. I found this hotel to meet my needs. Maybe I lucked out and didn't get one of their worse for wear rooms. While it is not the fanciest hotel with the most up-to-date amenities, it had all I needed. The bathroom needed to be remodeled and room but everything worked and I found the beds comfortable enough. Yes, there was construction going on but they didn't work over the weekend while I was there. They were working in the back pool area when I stayed. There are food options and a bar onsite, however, the location is not ideal in terms of walking to other places for food or entertainment and the crowd was older or families so not for young singles looking to party. You can rideshare and aren't far from things like a huge mall and other sites or restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when looking for an affordable beach escape. But who knows maybe after the construction is finished the prices will go up so if you are looking for a reasonable getaway, enjoy it while you can!
