A very pleasant experience. My tropichop with crispy chicken and avocado was delicious. The place was super clean, but what left me most pleasantly surprised was the excellent service of its employees. Everyone is very attentive, friendly and makes the customer feel very comfortable. Eduardo and Maria are excellent at taking the order super fast, and with a smile. Iliana and Rony were also very attentive. Thanks for everything!

This Pollo tropical was so clean and all the employees were so nice and friendly. The food was amazing. The manager Suyen was so helpful when I was placing my order her costumer service was great. 5 stars for this Pollo Tropical!!!
