I have been searching for pizza that resembles the fresh, light, thin-crusted (yet still slightly chewy) pizza I had in Naples and I am so glad I finally found it. Thank you Shigemi Japanese My overall experience here was great - the wait staff was attentive, we were able to get a seat at the bar relatively quickly and the food was great. The bottom line - I would definitely go back and I wish there were a location here

From the moment you step in that place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very comfortable team, it is a kind place to pass time with your friends or with your date. Excellent cooking, specialist chef de cuisine, decent cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Oh this place! I’ve try to find a good place to eat sushi in Miami and I finally found it. This is the best sushi in this city for many reason, it is affordable, fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and the place is nice. This is a must at the time of eating sushi you won’t regret it.

We picked up the house roll, spicy yellowtail roll, salmon roll, and a volcano roll. The sushi was a bit pricey. It ended up being a good meal though. The salmon was especially tender! I wasn't a big fan of the yellowtail. It was a bit tough and I hoped the spicy mayo would be mixed in with the fish instead of dabbed on top.

In search of a restaurant that would make a family of 4 happy and content. Not knowing what to expect we took a leap of faith and gave Shigemi a try after looking at their menu. This place is a True Gem in every respect. My family and I tried their sushi menu, fried rice, and a tempura dish. Each menu item we tried was fantastic. In addition, the service from the staff and quality of the food is Excellent! I travel extensively which includes many visits to Japan on a monthly basis. I've eaten at numerous restaurants in multiple cities in Japan and I can say that Shigemi is one of the best. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

FINALLY! It’s so hard to find a great sushi restaurant in the Aventura / Sunny Isles Beach area but finally, Shigemi delivers! We’ve had it twice thus far and both were fresh, delicious, and quick. The first was a birthday celebration delivery for 20 people which left everyone happy, and the second, was just a quick UberEats order for 2.

I came for sushi the other day and really loved it. They were very eager to please and very proud of their menu and Head Chef. Everything was very clean and the prices were reasonable. I got the soft shell crap appetizer and a yellowtail and scallion roll. Both were very tasty. The sushi roll could have had a little less rice but I didn't mind it, the seafood was so fresh and wonderful. The soft shell crab had nice seasoning and presentation. I would def come back.

We made a reservation here from Texas for when they had Master Chief Hiro Terada prepare a 5 course meal. The food was unbelievably good! The staff were absolutely lovely. The owner was super friendly. He suggested a sake and I am glad we tried it. All around an amazing experience!

I really did not want to choke down another American breakfast today, so last night I carried out some inside out cucumber avocado rolls to have this morning on my balcony. They are done perfectly. No cloyingly sweet rice, and made with generous amounts of cucumber and really good avocado. They use perfectly toasted black and white sesame seeds on the outside. Very simple food done very well just can't be beat. They were nice about making my roll on a clean surface with a clean knife, so there would not be cross-contamination with fish. After a night in the fridge, they are cold and perfectly crunchy. Delicious. My server Hazel was delightful.
