Great Starbucks location! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly, fast, and always welcoming. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, even during busy hours. Good spot to grab coffee on the go or sit down for a bit. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.

Always buy the travelers for our employees, not only do they make me wait extra time after placing the order 20 minutes before. This time was the last straw the coffee was worst than gas station coffee, it was so water down. Every person that had it was so disappointed. Starbucks continuéis to go down the drain. I’m going to do Einstein bagel down the street, never had a quality issue there.

I was just served a Pumpkim Spuce Late tall size at this Starbucks and given the lightness of the cup, I decided to check the content. There was just HALF A CUP of coffee inside! I complained to the guy who was in charge in mustache and hood, and he smirked... Paid for a full tall size and got half load! No apologies, just a smirk

Please enforce the no smoking rule you've established for your own store.
The outdoor tables have clear no smoking signs that people keep ignoring:

Today I witnessed a woman exclaim to a man, smoking at one of the tables, to stop smoking and instead of apologizing for the threat to health he was creating for her, and me, the man became unruly, aggressive and threatening toward her.
He was not a paying customer, either.

If the City of Sunny Isles doesn't have smoking provisions, applicable, you can exercise your right to refuse service to these people who consistently smoke within 20 feet of the building.
I don't see many of them making any purchases, either, and I come to this location very frequently (to read) and the smoke offends me.

These sorts of negative experiences take away from our attempts to enjoy the day at Starbucks.

Shame on you for not allowing non customers to use a toilet, although I was a customer and was shocked to find out this disgraceful policy.

It was great but just like anything in sunny isles. Parking sucks. People suck. Traffic sucks. Not Starbucks fault tho lol

this location is probably one of the worst locations i’ve ever been to. i’ve worked in customer service for years and so far 90% of these workers have none of it. i am a former partner of starbucks and came in to get coffee and food. i ordered a vanilla iced latte and they gave me just a latte. as i let the barista know i asked for a vanilla one, she said absolutely nothing, put some syrup in a cup, and gave it to me. this might not sound like a big deal but the least she could’ve done is “im so sorry about that let me remake it for you” not just give me the syrup and have me mix it myself. secondly, i ordered a sandwich with no bacon, and the lady on the hot food section actually used to work with me a bit and this time treated me like even less than a customer. there was bacon on the sandwich and when i let her know she just took my bag, looked me up and down and said nothing and started talking with another customer. i don’t understand what happened to the apology and reassurance that is required from people who work in customer service but this just isn’t it. and honestly this isn’t the first time they make everything wrong. it’s almost every time.

I enter the Starbucks in my work clothes and a trainer basically gets between me and the employee she was training and I was talking to. She talked with authority. You could clearly see the animosity in this trainee’s body language and demeanor. I believe it was her girlfriend or lover, since she displayed so much anger for absolutely no reason. Here is what she said to me: “You need to buy something before we give you the bathroom code.”
The employee, who sees me every day Zaraa was appalled and perplexed by the behavior. Coming into a store for one day and treating every customer in a bad way is easy. Dealing with the angry people afterward is not. But the DM is not on top of the external employees who come in to train the staff.
You see, if there is no manager and the DM is nowhere to be found, some outside dummy with authority issues will offend your customers, your everyday loyal customers. Just look at how many loyalty customers BK lost and how the stock price behaved because of bad customer service.
I ended up leaving the store with a cup of coffee in my hands and did not use the bathroom at all. Coffee with judgment is not what Starbucks is about. Just plain bitter that’s how I left, and I won’t be coming back. And the cherry on top is how many people I will tell this story to!!! :(

My thirteen-year-old daughter and her friend went into a Starbucks and asked for plain water. They weren’t just passing by—it was extremely hot outside. They didn’t want to stay in the store; they simply asked for some water. But they were refused and told they needed to buy something first. I believe this practice should not be allowed in Florida, where the heat is unbearable most of the time. It only damages Starbucks’ reputation

When you order hot coffee at this Starbucks, they don't monitor the temperature; it's often cold. One of the employees is constantly disgruntled. I strongly recommend that the business owner pay attention to these reasons, especially since Starbucks has competitors breathing down its neck.
