I ordered the special buy 1 get 1 free and the old Spanish lady working there did a horrible job making the sandwiches, she barely put any tuna in the sandwich, left out everything except lettuce, in the other steak sandwich she barely put any meat. Totally disappointing. Is she trying to turn customers away?! The 2 sandwiches were mostly bread and very little in between. Low quality, just scraps.

Came in and ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM. Im a regular and have never dealt with this type of attitude from anyone before. The lady kept yelling at me to push a button to scan my rewards points and did not try to help me. I could not understand what she meant and she did not point or try to help me at all she just yelled and said “Is this your first time here? Push the button” and i told her what button and she never answered me so i had to figure it out on my own. Definitely not good customer service, and definitely confusing.

Walked in here at 12:05 PM on a Tuesday, lady started yelling at me “closed, closed”. I asked what time they open, she kept screaming “closed!”.

This was my first time in, and I had a very good experience. It was very slow, however, the young woman, sunday evening, was working very hard to not only replenish the line but clean the dining room as well.
The footlong cookie was nice and hot! I will be back for another one!

Didn’t try the food. This review is based solely on service. We waited 30 minutes for our turn in line because there was only one woman working there and she was working slow. The woman working there is very rude and argued with us because we wanted tuna inside a wrap and she didn’t want to do it for us, another customer even stood our point and left without ordering anything, so did we.

Told them I needed 1 cup , put my ticket as 2 cups and then told me they can’t refund because manager is not there. Horrible and rude old lady and other worker
Terrible customer service, we arrived at 10:10 at night to order three loaves to which the lady told us that we had to order quickly because it closed at 11:00 (hurry to prepare three loaves in 45 minutes) and still I put myself in his place and said ok, do you want to finish, well, in a very bad way, he told us, read and order because you can't see what they are going to add to the bread, hellooooo gentlemen, subway is characterized by seeing what you are going to fill your bread with. bread . I think we have to start stopping justifying low salaries and long working hours for bad service, if you don't like your job and you're not satisfied, don't put your bad character on the clients because until now they don't give anything away, we all pay for a good service.
