Sunset Sushi Miami

Although it's different from Japanese sushi, it's definitely the best sushi you'll get in Miami.

I never thought we would be able to enjoy delicious flavors other than Edomae in Florida, far away from Edo!

It's been a while since I've had top-level sushi. Fitting it was at Chef David's other restaurant, Sushi By Bou. This omakase was a very relaxed 2 hour seating, with remarkable views of the ocean and the north Miami skyline. I found myself thrown back in my chair with the incredible layered flavors of the almost never-ending fresh fish. The cocktails were nuanced, and the atmosphere was filled with pure happiness. I'll definitely find myself coming back here often!
