The best Italian restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach, my favorite place in Miami. I love their duck dish, I like it medium well, mention your preference. The service is fantastic, Johnatan (waiter) is highly professional and attentive. The atmosphere is enjoyable, pizza oven makes it very cozy. Last but not least their clean and fancy bathrooms.
My husband and I just finished eating here. Timo's is easy to access, with parking available. The interior is very well styled and appointed. Now to the good part-- the service was impeccable; the food was excellent. I had the butternut squash soup to start- wonderful presentation and taste-highly recommend-- followed by the black grouper on a winter squash-ample portion and excellent texture and taste. My husband started off with the gem lettuce salad and said it was quite good, followed by the skirt steak with chimmichuri--he said best he's had. Server was continually attentive without being overbearing--very professional and courteous. From start to finish, all was excellent about Timo's. Don't overlook this gem of a restaurant in Sunny Isles!

I like Timo and have dined there several times and will do again. However, I will avoid ribeye and skirt steak. Will stick with pasta dishes. Last month I had skirt steak that was chewy and not pleasant eating experience. On Thursday I ordered ribeye from the “Specials” menu. This one was really bad - not good choice of beef by the kitchen staff. My wife was happy with her pasta dish. Scallops dish was also excellent.

The food and wine here is delicious! Excellent service and very accommodating to children even though it's a fancy restaurant! I would have given 5 stars but I thought the fish special $68 was overpriced for a small piece but that's our fault for not asking and ordering. Would be back here for sure and ask pricing before ordering the DELICIOUS specials.
