I’m Argentinian and this place is terrible. Very disappointing experience. The beef empanadas were honestly awful, with no flavor at all. Then I ordered a caprese empanada and it literally had almost no filling inside and was extremely gummy. When I went back to ask for a replacement, one of the employees was rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, he inspected the empanada and flat out refused to replace it. The attitude was terrible and the customer service was even worse than the food. I would not recommend this place at all.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The blonde cashier who told us her name was Ava was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we interacted with her. Her attitude was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To be honest, it didn’t even seem like the name she gave us was accurate, which added to the overall negative experience. Regardless, the behavior alone was unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no patience, and no effort to provide even basic customer service.
I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this went far beyond that. I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should be spoken to or treated this way.

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service from a restaurant. There is an short old man who thinks he can speak to customers the way he wants to and even had the nerve to tell me he was going “to sue me” for trying to speak to the manager about the horrible experience and for sharing my experience with google users. Food is great ambience and personnel not no much with this rude person. I hope the owner of the business tells him how important customer service is so that his restaurant gets more business and doesn’t stay just as empty as it

The Empanadas were good, not great, but good. No one comes to your table. You have walk to counter to order. I felt that the person taking my order didn't want to be there. No personalty. No welcome with a smile. Didn't feel welcomed. Then comes time to pay and then turns the card machine over to add tip. This really pissed me off inside. This not a restaurant. They dont come to your table and take the order. Nor do they bring the food to you. Nor do they pick up the trash. WHY A TIP? I SAY RIDICULOUS.

Management sucks. I don’t know what is worse, between the coffee or costumer service. I ask for a double espresso (strong coffee) and they gave me a single with water. When ask if it was right, with out a word, the manager took it, throw it away and give my money back . Never come back

THE BEST BEEF EMPANADA (and overall empanada) I’VE EVER EATEN!!!! The meat was so tender, juicy, and flavorful 😭😭😭 !!! This is the tío place to get your empanadas. It’s not like the service is AMAZING HANDS DOWN, but it was standard and regular, just what you would expect. I’d be so sad if someone skipped out on these empanadas due to a bad review. But seriously, best empanada i’ve ever eaten.

Do not come here. My empanada was cold inside. There is a young Cuban girl that didn't even want to give me cups of water after ordering ten empanadas between two families. She had a terrible attitude. I have never seen such terrible service.

The food isn't very good, and I thought it was too expensive for the poor quality of the food. I didn't have a bad time visiting this place; the poor service from the employees ruins the experience.
