I had a terrible experience at this place. The food was cold, and to make matters worse, the price listed was $13, but I was charged double! When I tried to address this with the staff, they were rude and unhelpful, acting like it was a burden to add a simple side of green beans. They made a big issue out of something so small. The entire experience was frustrating, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. To top it all off, the food made me feel sick afterward. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not only was the food terrible . These people are scammers. How are green beans not a vegetable? Since when? Their advertise prices are false advertising. They were extremely rude while taking our order, pretended not to understand anything we were saying and still overcharged us for everything we combo me and we’re not allowed to add any sides of any kind. Totally not worth the $35 bucks.

I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. Their food was pretty good and staff seemed alright. Only downside is that drinks are 3 dollars and 1 dollar for refill. Other than it, it was alright.

Terrible experience, I came to eat here and I found a bug in my food. I came to them asking for a refund and Angie told me i couldn’t get a refund because my food was partially eaten. I FOUND A BUG IN MY FOOD! what do you mean? I proceeded to show her and she acted like she didn’t see this then tried to offer me more food….this was outrageous. Coming from someone who works in a restaurant this is ridiculous i couldn’t believe she told me i couldn’t get a refund.

Found hair in the food & wanted a refund. Andrea accused me of putting it in there in Spanish because she thought i wouldn’t understand.very rude and unprofessional i would never go there again because of her. There’s hair all in their food and they don’t wear hair nets

This is hands down one of the worst Chinese food spot here in sawgrass and you might as well go to Cajun grill. Me and my mom both got combos of bourbon, chicken with lo mein and the other with white rice and vegetables and two drinks. The vegetable lo mein tasted very watery and had little to no favor. My mom’s vegetables were overcooked to the point where it was very soft not fresh. The bourbon chicken itself was super dry And had very little flavor the sauce wasn’t even sweet like how your typical Bourbon chicken would be. Because of it tasting so bad I bought the Cajun grill just to compare and it was so much better. The portions are also worth it as well. Not to mention, how can you mess up drinks? But Asian chao did. The sprite was super watered down and the coke was flat. I asked to change it and I’m guessing the owner who is an Asian woman said that it tasted normal because she tried our drinks. But Sprite doesn’t taste like seltzer water. And Coke has bubbles if fresh. So overall, super disappointing and I would not recommend paying for it when there’s better spots here in Sawgrass.
