We were doing some back to school shopping and of course when you pass an Auntie Anne’s, that buttery pretzel smell just lures you in. It’s a TRAP!!! Lol. So they got us and we decided to take a pit stop for some pretzels and lemonade.

Got an original pretzel with cheese dip, hot dog pretzel bites and lemonade. Brandon was our cashier and he was very nice to chat with. He let us know the hot dog pretzel bites would take about 15 minutes since it was cooking in the oven. I asked my son and he said, “Yes I will wait for fresh hot dog pretzel bites!” Brandon was impressed that this kid was willing to wait patiently for it. I emphasized that being patient is important, especially for kids. And we started chatting it up about patience in general.

Brandon shared some good stories about how he was taught patience from his parents and grandparents and threw in some fascinating history with his family. Easy to chat with and so mature for his young age.

We waited patiently for our fresh pretzels and it was totally worth it. We waited about 10-15 minutes. Fresh pretzels are ALWAYS worth the wait if you have the time. Thanks for the friendly chat Brandon!

Terrible service from the employees. They made me wait over half an hour for my order. They're total slackers.

I just had mini dogs and it tasted like it was made in chemical , it tasted like aspirin.
By the time i walked to the other end of the mall I was very disappointed and too tired to walk back. The manager needs to check the equipment because it was extremely horrible

I asked about using my coupons and we were told we could only use one and then the girl that was waiting on us had no idea how to run it through the register and the one in charge wouldn't help her it seemed like we were bothering her

Best pretzels! Get the Sweet Almond if the cinnamon sugar is too sweet for you.

Normally aunti Anne's never diassapoints and is my go to snack at the mall. But today must've been a rough day for them because the service was lackluster as ever. First of all I walk up and 2 of the employees are chatting it up, one girl sees me and says nothing to me just continues her convo, so I walk to the other register and I get the mini hotdogs. I didn't even notice until I got I'm my car that they were ALL BURNT. Ever single one. HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of good customer service AND the fact that the food was burnt

Staff was friendly and patient with us. Wish the pretzels were warmer though!

The second time I have come between 8:15-8:30 only to have them already completely closed and the workers cleaning and refuse to make any more food. I don’t care if that’s the time they close, just update your hours accordingly.

So yummy!\ \ We usually stop by after shopping at the Sawgrass mills mall. They’re the perfect snacks when you’re hungry but don’t feel like having anything from the food court
