Normally aunti Anne's never diassapoints and is my go to snack at the mall. But today must've been a rough day for them because the service was lackluster as ever. First of all I walk up and 2 of the employees are chatting it up, one girl sees me and says nothing to me just continues her convo, so I walk to the other register and I get the mini hotdogs. I didn't even notice until I got I'm my car that they were ALL BURNT. Ever single one. HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of good customer service AND the fact that the food was burnt
They close shop before 9pm won’t do anything.
Staff was friendly and patient with us. Wish the pretzels were warmer though!
The second time I have come between 8:15-8:30 only to have them already completely closed and the workers cleaning and refuse to make any more food. I don’t care if that’s the time they close, just update your hours accordingly.
The pretzel bites are soooo amazing!!!!

(Translated by Google) Absolutely fan of nugget pretzels, but the staff are not friendly(Original)Absolument fan des pretzels nuggets, mais le personnel n’est pas aimable
So yummy!\ \ We usually stop by after shopping at the Sawgrass mills mall. They’re the perfect snacks when you’re hungry but don’t feel like having anything from the food court

Requested Google Maps to change the marker because it's currently marked at the location for David Yurman store in The Colonnade Outlets which is wrong. The real location for this Auntie Anne's is right in front of Marshalls store. When I visited on a Friday evening there wasn't a long wait and lots of already prepared food ready to go. I tried the garlic and parmesan pretzel which turned out to be a sprinkle of a garlic and parmesan powder on top of your choice of an unsalted or salted pretzel. I was expecting an actual pretzel made with garlic and parmesan. It tasted good though. The guy who took my order was pleasant and efficient.
