The service is freaking incredible and the food is out of this world. Most jamacian restaurants are drab and depressing with employees who are angry and aloof. Not this place. The service was engaging, friendly and accommodating. The food was even better. We ordered the oxtail x2, the goat, fried chicken, curry chicken and brown stew. All were muuuuuuuccccchhhh better than the usual S. FLORIDA suspects. Well worth the hour drive. BTW- get her homemade drinks. They are so great.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you have never experienced perfection, then come and try this place out. I’ve ordered brown stew chicken, oxtail, and jerk chicken on three separate occasions, and they were all consistently delicious. I’ve tried many Jamaican restaurants including the popular franchises and independently owned ones, they were very inconsistent with their flavors and portions of food. Trust me, at Bellgordon’s Caribbean Restaurant you will find consistent welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and of course, delicious food. This is definitely my new go to place for all Caribbean flavors.
