Although they have a sitting area to eat, I asked for the bathroom to wash my hands and I was told they don’t have bathroom for paying customers only for employees. Now I’m positive they need a bathroom for customers. At least one stall. The prices posted are not the prices they charged at check out. My meal said $13.98 only to be charged to $18. When I asked, the lady behind the counter said the prices on display are not correct.

This place is horrible the workers are horrible they act like they dont speak English why do you have a business and no one speaks English. How do you send out a order without the correct food went to the store and they all acted stupid pissed me off if my kids wasn't with me I would've crashed out bad the food is to expensive for this business to be so low grade this is what happens when you allow others to open a business in America

I ordered goat, but I was fooled because they placed three pieces of goat on top, and the rest was beef at the bottom. Since I don't eat beef, this was a problem for me. The place was really dirty and smelled bad, and there was no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot. Additionally, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my food.

I hate to do this but reviews matter to me. Ordered legume yesterday and chicken. The legume smelled and tasted burnt. The chicken was barely seasoned and the rice was old. First and last time ordering from here.

DO NOT EAT HERE. They have run out of food twice when I ordered pick up and did not tell me then refused to cook more and tried to avoid giving a refund. Service was horrible staff pretended to not speak English after telling me there was no food. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Wheelchair accessibility: At Bistro Creole anyone can fit there's parking outside for the customers and also a large space for wheelchair accessibility.

Came to Fort Lauderdale for 2 days wanted to try some good Haitian food I went to this place to get food they had the worst food ever , and the lemonade drinks they have is the worst thing somebody can ever drink. I don’t recommend nobody to go to this place .

These people don't know how to cook Haitian food and, most importantly, they have no customer service skills. Over 10 years ago, the father used to run the restaurant it used to so much better and now, the place is trashed, the food is trashed and customer service is trashed. I found a piece of paper on the legume. The place is dirty and the health department definitely need to pay them a visit. I would not recommend this place to no one.
