The NEW Morning Supv Olencia has done a MAGNIFICENT job turning around the service and food at this BK. The previous male supv had an attitude and always served food with OLD grease so I stopped going. Thank U Mgmt for hiring Olencia, she's leaps and bounds MUCH BETTER than the previous AM Shift Mgr. Food definitely more fresh 👍🏾👍🏾

What happened to Customer Service? When ordering fast food you know sometimes your order may not be right or something missed. But, how do you get a egg croissant wrong? One sandwich had really.... no egg and they both had a top half of a bun inside both sandwiches.

The manager is fantastic! She’s been there for a while and does a great job with the younger team. I’ve noticed that the service can be a little slow, and it seems like the fries are always hot while the patties tend to be a bit cold. That means my sandwiches aren’t always as warm as I’d like them to be. It might just be a process issue. I’d love to see some improvements, but that’s just my personal opinion! For now, I’ve decided to look for a place where I can enjoy a hot burger all around.

I came at 6:22am on Friday Saturday every week and nobody is at the window it says 6:00 a.m. and this one is not open or they just choose to open when they feel like it I am a working person and I have to be at work at 6:30 now I have to go to McDonald's you lost sale Burger King and you dropped the ball😡😡😡😡😡 two thumbs down Burger
