Went at 8:30pm. Lobby was locked even though the signs say 9:00 pm. When I knocked they ignored me and laughed. You can get better customer service at an animal clinic at 3am then you can ever get there

Regardless of what anyone can say, this BK is awesome! I come here often andvthe manager has come a long way to make it work the right way. He personally comes to say hi, which makes me feel welcome and at home. The place looks very clean and the food comes out great, especially the fries. Kudos to their management and team. I'll keep coming here and recommend that you do as well.

Check before paying I asked for small value meal not medium not large she put it on the screen and when I got to the window she charged me for large then said sorry I have a lot going on when she went back and changed it to large they get money for up sale

I have never waited so long for fast food. I waited to order for 10 minutes and then watched someone in front of me who ordered ahead wait another 20 minutes in line. There were only 3 cars waiting for food. I don’t understand. Sometimes they make you back up to reset the timer it’s wild.

SLOWEST service (sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, and there was only 4 cars in front of me) not to mention several times I've been here when once you get to the window, they tell you to back up past the yellow pole and they will call you when they are ready.
Not sure how this store is open. I've been to fine dining establishments and gotten food faster than this "fast food" establishment
