Josely was Awesome!
I went to do a Doordash pick up and she was so friendly. She treated me with respect. I waited for the order to be prepared and just her politeness and apologies shows how respectful she was.

Of course they gave me the wrong drink in the drive thru. When I went in the manager goes: here’s a cup the soda machines over there and points. Gave him a look and he started apologizing. That’s the first thing you should’ve done. Sorry that happened. Here’s a cup plz help yourself. The fries were cold when I got home. I live around the corner. And they were so greasy looking almost see thru. This place is going downhill. They should turn it into a corporate store. It’d be run better.

I first looked up this Halloween themed meal on the website, It did not state being an online item only nor an online purchase only. It also appeared on BK’s physical menu that was on the screen at the drive-through (where I was). The same image I posted with this review matches the one in person on the menu screen. If it was online only, I highly doubt it would be on the screen.

Let’s proceed. I ordered this for the kids and was repeatedly told and sworn too by the employee that they did not know what I was talking about?and don’t know anything about this item on the menu? Also, insults my intelligence by saying that it’s possibly an online only item’ even after I told her more than once that it is on the menu screen. Let’s say for example , if a customer told a waiter their order and the waiter says “I don’t know what it is” as you are read it to them from the menu. The only reason that I can think of this happening is that the employee lacks complete product knowledge and work ethic. I hope nobody else has this experience.

Everytime I come here they got an attitude.
Always trying to Up charge me. And why is this the only burger king that chargers for side sauce. If I purchase a meal I shouldn’t have to pay extra for sauce!

Regardless of what anyone can say, this BK is awesome! I come here often and the manager has come a long way to make it work the right way. He personally comes to say hi, which makes me feel welcome and at home. The place looks very clean and the food comes out great, especially the fries. Kudos to their management and team. I'll keep coming here and recommend that you do as well.

The lady at the drive thru window has to be the rudest person ever. If it bothers you that much to cook the darn food then perhaps you shouldn’t be working at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

She was upset because I placed a Mobil order and she has to cook the food fresh?! What so please explain to me if I were to have ordered at the microphone

I’m coming to Burger King cause I’ve been working in the area for 25 years and past two years this place has really gone down the service the food And what the person that Takes the order is very rude very disrespectful and I have to let you know that this will be my last time coming here and I’m gonna spread the word. I need to Let the employees know that the customers have to be treated with CPR courtesy, professionalism of respect and that’s what they laugh now and it’s a shame. I see this place going down the hill. I hope the owners in the managers. Take note of what’s happening before it’s too late.
