Worst experience ever. You need to train your managers better about coupons and not tell the lower employees to resolve it when she doesn't even know. She called the police on me because of her mistake, all just for a whopper jr. Very ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not come here, be careful with a manager name Joseline.

Had food here. Service was awful. I was dining with a friend and waiting for food. The lady who worked there screamed "hello???"across the entire store as if she's been calling us and we didn't hear her. Very rude and unprofessional. With her tone she acted like we were stupid. I didn't catch her name otherwise I would speak to manager and tell them to fire her

Sunny was super friendly and very kind. He was plesent and made sure our meal was correct. My husband and I stopped in to have breakfast. We wanted to dine in and we were thrilled that the atmosphere of this location was very welcoming. We will be coming here more often!

Great customer service, the morning manager is a great guy, I happened to have left my money in another pants pocket, I've been outta work for a few months... I had 2 debit cards with some change in each one, and some loose change in my book bag.. was so embarrassed, he took away the stress, made me feel right at hm... He went totally out of his way to make me feel comfortable...

11/30/24 I wanted to add the ghost pepper fries to my order since it would come free and supposedly they do not sell the item anymore despite having the item being advertised on the screen and outside. I asked the manager during the Day Shift if it can be swapped for the regular chicken fries and instead of saying "no". He makes me try adding it through the app so he can swap it, just for it not to work and for him to say we can't do it. This manager already knew he wouldn't be able to do it. Just say "no" and stop wasting people's time and energy.
