I will post reviews everywhere about this BK. Rude and unprofessional staff and management, all need to be trained on costumer service. Found employee Erica talking about me with coworkers when I went inside as asked to go for my food. Manager (Pierre)didn't want to solve issue, Erica insisted in giving me food that was sitting there as I asked for freshly done and finally manager prepped fresh. After I placed the order, I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. The manager kept yelling at the staff in front and in the kitchen to hurry up. I think they needed more staff or better training. My food arrived with a wrong item and they quickly fixed the problem. I will not return to this location again.
