Don’t stop by this Burger King in the morning expecting you can get a quick breakfast before work because all the lights will be on and employees will pretend like they’re not home. I stopped by Burger King hoping to surprise people with breakfast after my morning workout just to find all the lights on a homeless man inside and an employee hiding in the back no one ever answered the drive-through or were the doors open nearly 20 minutes after they’re supposed to be open, very frustrating even if they were not properly staffed or Something wasn’t working. The employee had the decency to let somebody know hey XYZ please visit another location so to the young lady that was working there this morning hiding and on your cellphone on February 25, 2025 at 6 AM. Hopefully this is a coaching opportunity for you going forward.

Terrible service in all systems I got a hamburger with the bun bitten off and I told the manager in a good way and he came out angry, I do not recommend this place at all, the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my entire life

Kingdonly was so courteous, friendly and well spoken when I went through the drive thru yesterday. He was such a pleasure and gave a service with a smile 😃. My order was all correct just how we requested.
This is my go to Burger King and I always have a positive experience here. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always super nice. Kingdosly was extremely kind and helpful and even though our interaction was limited to the drive thru he made the experience amazing.

I stood and waited a good 15 min while the staff was filling orders obviously seeing me standing at the register, waiting for someone to help me. Their CustomerService standards are very low and need to be addressed by Corporate.

Unpleasant morning staff members attend drive thru more than front counter, making lobby guess wait longer & has an attitude when interrupted to place order. Very unprofessional & shows a lack of training in regards to friendly service towards customers at this franchise location. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand for this & had to walk out without making a purchase, wasting so much time.
