Shame on you Burger King took 25-30min to get a burger and fries. I thought this was supposed to be fast food. I saw nothing but lazy staff, and a bunch of pissed off consumers. Unbelievably disappointed

Order 2 wraps and came out 30 late and saying no wrap replace with chicken sandwich. Took 10 more minutes. Very dirty counter top and sandwich is worse I ever ate from a Burger King. Definitely staff don’t care about customers. Others complain at the same time.

Nothing works at this burger king not the coupon code from the app, nor the kiosk. When asked if you coukd place a order and still honor the coupon price, the manager pamella said it was impossible and to go somewhere else which i understand but the fact this burger king didnt even try to accomidate is why im making this review, other than thst shes a nice lady just horrible customer service

I just left. Staff was staring at customers and didn’t bother to help anybody for over 10 minutes. That was a sign of a mediocre management. Burger King shouldn’t allow any franchisor to destroy their image. Just hope somebody cares about it.

Terrible. Waited 25 minutes for online order. Never got it. Staff to nothing.
No unit number on BK. Application show 5 feet to point. Staff talk that it is other BK. Lost money and time.

i had to wait 1 hour for me to be attended,the staff were very lazy and didn’t do anything at all afterwards i had to wait and extra 20 for my food

The employees are so rude and very lazy to the point that they were arguing about who to take my order and they messed up and so unsanitary that they made me give the burger back and gave me the same one I bit out off while touching it bare-handed

Went to purchase two combos and I was told we do not have fries. I was hoping to receive if you would like to wait we can serve you. But it was a NO we don't have no fries. A combo without fries is not a complete meal.

Disastrous experience! Half an hour of waiting for a bacon hamburger with onion rings. They sold me an hamburger without bacon and with french potatoes. Two slow teenagers in charge. Embarrassing, not recommended at all
