I asked for my food to be off the grill as it is an option in the app, My rodeo burger was microwaved beyond edible, My chicken wrap was microwaved so much that the chicken was dried out. The lettuce was so wilted from the microwave. I went back the next morning because it was across from the supermarket( and I love bk breakfast) for their breakfast.( I know, I should’ve learned from the night before) I ordered the breakfast wrap and a medium iced coffee. The coffee came in a hot coffee container with like four pieces of ice. I asked the server.” Hey , I ordered an iced coffee. “ He said “yes , I know . I put it in this cup. I said why, he said “ I put it in this cup instead” . I let it go. I then Open my breakfast wrap, and when I tell you, it was dripping with oil, microwaved to the point of non edible. Is that the new thing to microwave food? I don’t understand . very disappointed two times in a row. I most definitely will not be going back to this location . sorry.

Very bad customer service not the first time this has happened asked for no bun for two whoppers got no condiments in exchange INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED and upset it is terrible to eat a burger without condiments and very nasty needs new management and staff ASAP!!!

The hygiene level of this establishment is very low. Both the play area and the seats are dirty. The play area where my son was going to go in made him get out immediately because it was full of French fries and other food, and the seats were disgusting — covered in sauce and dried food stuck to the tables.

Every time I go to this location, I asked that my food will be hot and fresh off the brawler and it is never done. In addition, when trying to scan coupons at the window, there is usually a problem. I have to do a mobile order for the coupon to be accepted. This place definitely needs new management.

I know that it is fast food and there are standards for it, but it is the cheat meal of my son once a week, the food is always freshly elaborated, hot and the crochant potatoes , the staff attends cordially and the place is clean.

The supervisor/manager for this location is incredibly rude and does not know how to speak in a polite manner to guests. Whether it is a simple or complicated issue, he will raise his voice and escalate the situation to levels it does not need to be raised to. He is truly bad for business. I wish I could get his name so I could properly report him, but that would mean I have to go back to this location, and I'd much rather never have to go here again so I don't have to be subjected to such obnoxious, out-of-line behavior from a BK employee.

This afternoon, we asked the gentleman at the drive through for two crowns. He had the guts to give us one and tell us that they do not have any more. Driving out, we noticed that they had a lot more; he was just to lazy to get them.

I ordered takeout and when I got home and started eating. What was supposed to be my double whopper, with no pickle. Ended up being some double burger with bacon and jalapenos I have acid reflux and gerd, and this burger almost put me in the hospital. I had to throw it out. And since it was late and I was already undressed, I did not want to go back. The restaurant the floor was dirty as well. I can't tell you how upset and disappointed that I am and what a waste of money. Again, I almost had to be rushed to the hospital because I have gird and acid reflux, and you guys put jalapenos in my burger. Are you kidding me?
