This used to be a good place to go. I went 1 week ago, and the pizza was horrible. Basically tasted like bread stick with red sauce. Their pizzas used to be good. CPK sent me a survey. I took the time to say the truth, and instead of apologizing, the Manager called me to Basically do an accusatory deposition of questions. Unreal. If i was on the fence on going back, this definitely threw me off. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND FOOD IS HORRIBLE TOO. If you want to go, go to the one in Boca. The only "good" thing was the server was nice as much as she could. They are clearly understaff, because the waitress was the same hostess. Also, they took more than 30 min to serve a simple lunch.

I came here with my family last night, including my toddler and newborn. We saw plenty of booths available which we requested due to the convenience of having the kids. Even though there was plenty of booths available, the hostess insisted on sitting us in the middle of the restaurant where there were only chairs even though there were booths only a few feet away. The worst part was after she said no she consulted with a manager who told us that if we wanted a booth it would be a fifteen minute wait. We walked out and will NOT be coming back. Horrible way to treat guests!

My wife and I have been fans of CPK Sawgrass for years, because of their excellent service and a couple of our favorite menu items - the Banh Mi Power Bowl and Shrimp Scampi pizza with cauliflower crust. Most recently we visited the restaurant and were disappointed to find that the Shrimp Scampi pizza was no longer on the menu, and my wife expressed this to Franklin, the restaurant manager. No problem, both Franklin and Eddie (the GM) dispatched the kitchen manager, Angel to our table who informed us that he would be happy to prepare a Scampi pizza, regardless of it not being on the menu. As usual, both the pizza and the Banh Mi bowl were as delicious as ever. In fact, we ordered a "Take-and-Bake" mushroom pizza to bring home for a future meal. That mushroom pizza was simply delicious, possibly as good as our favorite pizza. Franklin, Eddie and Angel could not have been more accommodating and friendly, making us feel like their most important customers. Truly a great experience which we would recommend to anybody who hasn't visited this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: The cauliflower crust is a great choice for anyone, especially for gluten-free requirements. Simply delicious.
Bad. They charge me 50$ for this small piece of oily bread with no cheese(they call it pizza lol)and the bunch of leafs didn’t even put the chicken in it which I ordered. No apology nothingDon’t waiste your money and time

It was already quite late and I arrived without a reservation. Anyway, they offered me the bar and the service was really very good. I can recommend the pizza which was delicious and I accompanied it with a lemonade. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed.

I haven’t visited a California Pizza Kitchen in years (The most recent was back when I lived in New York) This location in Sawgrass Mills has made me a fan all over again. The original crust option was delicious, it complimented the Carne Asada pizza perfectly (which I tried for the very first time tonight) Lexi our server was warm and welcoming. She suggested what ended up becoming the perfect dessert, the butter cake with ice cream was the perfect size for sharing. It was the right amount of sweetness to end our meal. Looking forward to returning to this location and trying out the Hawaiian pizza!
