This place is a fraud. I ordered on their app back in February. Went to pick up at store and it was closing. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closing ??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back and now we are in May. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. Piss poor customer service.

Ate at the Aurora, CO location in Southlands on the 23rd of April. Half way through my sandwich I bit into something hard. It was a piece of sky blue plastic that appears to have been chopped up into my chicken Philly meat. Has numbers on it. Tried to reach out to corporate, was given an auto reply message to give them three business days to respond. Today is 5/4/25 and I have heard absolutely NOTHING back.

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.

Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.

they let racist people own there franchise, and then when you get sick with covid she tells you to just lie and come in anyways this racist lady also when you have surgery says "other people deserve your hours more anyways" when literally all her good reviews are because of me.

Disgusting customer service. Those two girls in the video refusing to let a delivery driver use the bathroom should be fired immediately. If you don't want to be boycotted and lose business, take action.

very rude to delivery drivers who deliver food helping your sales. Maybe delivery companies should drop you from their options for food delivery.

love the food but the music is little to loud can't hear what the cashier is saying .But the place is very clean and friend employee.

My son ordered food today. We just moved here from New Jersey. They didn't let him in the store to pick up his sandwich. But they charge us on the credit card my credit card and I've been trying to get hold of someone. Nobody answers the phone nothing so that's stealing in my book and also I'm going to notify the US marshals. Because I don't trust the government. And I am gonna Sue them if I don't get my money back. Nobody gets back to me and this is a problem because my son called me on the phone and they said they won't let me in to pick up my sandwich in the mall

The sandwiches are exquisite. We tried the California, 3 Cheese bacon and the teriyaki chicken, all very good. But the best were their fries 10/10.
They give you a free refill of soft drinks.

A frienly Resturant , with friendly staff and great tasting food does not matter what you get it is all good.
