Absolutely disgraceful experience at this Chick-fil-A. I walked in to place my order, stood there quietly, waiting patiently, and was completely ignored. Didnât make a fuss, didnât cause a sceneâjust expected the same level of service this chain pretends to be known for. Instead, I watched as 4-5 Plantation service aids strolled in after me, placed their orders, and got their food before me. Every. Single. One.
No explanation. No reason. Just blatant favoritism. When I finally pointed it out, I got a pathetic excuse for an apologyâcompletely insincere, as if my time and money meant nothing to them. The reality is, this location doesnât care about all customers, just the ones they feel like prioritizing. Itâs disgusting. Chick-fil-A claims to be all about customer service, but this place is a joke. If youâre not part of their inner circle, expect to be treated like you donât exist.
And to top it all off, I had the displeasure of witnessing the so-called âmanagerâ being outright rude and disrespectful to a cashier who was just trying to do her job. Watching employees get mistreated right in front of customers tells you everything you need to know about this place. Toxic, unprofessional, and clearly run by people who have no business managing anything.
If youâre having a bad day, keep it at homeâdonât take it out on customers or your own employees. This is not an environment Iâd ever work in, and I sure as hell wouldnât let my kids work here either.
Save your money. Save your time. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

The food is what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A. The problem with this one is that they only have one drive-thru line instead of two like the others, so it takes twice as long.

The drive thru is so dysfunctional. They definitely need to come up with a better system. It seemed so complicated to redeem my rewards. I couldnât redeem rewards as I normally do at all other locations. They ended back up just to redeem rewards.
I do not know what happened to this particular location in Sawgrass, but ever since they reopened after their renovation, the service has gone down. I went through the drive-through. The line was not longer than I have experienced before. I literally was in line for 35 minutes. I ordered my french fries no salt. They were cold as heck and my cheese on my sandwich wasnât even melted. I had to come home and put my food in the oven so it can taste fresh. This location has been tanked. I will not be going back to this location. Davie North will now get my business when I decide to eat from Chick-fil-A But Sawgrass Chick-fil-A no more youâre done. You guys shouldâve never got the renovation because maybe it went to your head and you thought that you didnât have to provide service anymore because you got a little renovation now your service sucks.
