I do not usually leave negative reviews, but I’ve had ongoing issues with communication at this location and I hope this helps improve management. I placed a large drive-through order that was missing several items, and no one ever returned the multiple voicemails I left the location. I had to contact corporate and they were also very slow to respond.
It took SIX MONTHS to finally receive a refund for the food that was forgotten. They mailed me a check and my last name was incorrect on the check! Mistakes happen with orders, but never returning calls and taking that long to resolve an issue is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves customer follow-up.

The drive-through service is terrible. The lady who was taking my order, said they don’t accommodate when I try to order the viral iced coffee with shake base. I seen it all over TikTok and Instagram, but apparently this is the only location that won’t do it. I ordered food. The fries were undercooked and it needed salt. The worst Chick-fil-A!

Very nice place. They are always busy but they got creative and sent employees out to take orders and post while in line. Very efficient. Haven't had any issues with them at all especially for being as busy as they are.
