Chili's used to be my favorite restaurant. My family of 5 adults was there every Friday without fail, but in the past year, the quality of the food has hit the bottom of the barrel. This last visit they forgot to season my steak altogether. It came out looking like a pork chop and flavorless. When I pointed it out to the waiter, he brought me cold garlic butter and a cup of seasoning and told me to season it myself. I do not understand how something so exceptional can fall so far in the matter of a year or two. This makes me sad, as we now are searching for our new Friday night family dinner restaurant.

It's a chain restaurant, so my five stars are based on that. That being said, always good service, always good food. Best side you can get with anything is the loaded mac and cheese!

Recently visited this location. After paying the bill our server realized she had given us the wrong table’s bill. She assured us the incorrect payment would be voided, and we then paid the proper bill. It has been several weeks, and despite calling this location twice and being assured I would be refunded for the first payment, I still have not been refunded. I was charged for not only my own table, but another table as well. I don’t know what to call that other than fraud.
