Chipotle Mexican Grill

Kyia given excellent customer services. She given great engagement offer me & other customers to add on drinks & chips. I come their on a regular she mostly on the register. She need to be on the Frontline serving the food. She's is really fast making & preparations the food. Station was clean & organize. It was me and 5 or more people in line. She made all our orders in last then 10 minutes. She's definitely need a promotion.

Terrible employees! They can't fulfill my order. I came to have lunch with a family of three, and I had to queue up three times to order food for each member of my family! And to pay for my order, I had to get back in a new queue and wait for the cashier to let other people through! I don't speak English well, is that really the problem? I am very upset because we were not given our food and the whole family left hungry!

When I get a break from my job, I stop here for food. They are always friendly and nice. Especially Mike! He makes it super fun. It seems like he loves what he does as well as his staff. It makes my ny day better. Thanks

The unfriendly manager is ignorant about what the kids menu brings, and prices. Headquarter Corporation needs to pay a visit to the store ASAP, and do a training of customer service skills, and menu items prices to their employees especially the one that is at the register, so customers get good service experience , and don’t get overcharged or undercharged.

Worst I've visited. They didn't have salsa, corn, onions, or lettuce 1 hour and 2 minutes before they were closing. Employees made no effort to prepare additional food for customers. Employees didn't care. Based on all the similar reviews, management and corporate doesn't care too much.

I’ve been going to chipotle my entire life and the service it’s always normal as a fast food restaurant, but this time I’ve meet Mike and just with a simple action made my day, that guy deserves everything good in life, honestly 10/10

This chipotle may be one of the worst ones we’ve ever been to. Many times when we go they are trying to close early and stop making food well before the time is that they are closing. Today we tried to order chicken and they kept telling us it wouldn’t bs ready for 20 mins. How does chipotle not have chicken constantly cooking? I’ve never seen that before.

We said we would wait and then we asked for black beans and they said they had no more of that neither and it was cooking. Then another lady walked up to order fritas and they said they weren’t making anymore for the night. There was still an hour left before closing! We ended up ordering one bowl for my son and leaving without my chicken because they took the chicken off and then no one was cutting it. Will not come back to eat here!
