Was in the line got to place my order they didn’t have carnitas told me to wait 10 minutes and to move out of the line, when the carnitas where ready i ask if I could place my order now they told me to do the line again, no common sense at all do they even train you ? Or is do whatever you want ?

WORSTTTT CHIPOTLE EVER! Rude workers and OVERPRICED. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING, DIRTY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR FROM EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE. Every time I go it’s like I am there begging for a plate of food when instead I AM PAYING. I am a mall employee, and I love chipotle but this location has done it for me. It’s terrible, i tried giving it multiple opportunities and going back even after being treated poorly. Every. Single. Time. I have been disappointed. So sad.

After seeing a commercial for Chipotle, I was tempted to order but after reading all of these reviews, I decided NOT to ever order from these places! Gen’l Management really needs to get involved in ALL of their locations. You’ll never see me in any of these restaurants. Uck

The worst store I have ever visited, the grill person took out a bowl to mix the dirty rice, he did not measure the ingredients, the food is without salt, horrible, the store is dirty, the meat portions are less than 4 oz, the chips are greasy and no salt and lemon, people with bad attitude, it was a terrible experience, I will never go back there.

#1 I'm Mexican and the food is far from being authentic Mexican, however it's good #2 that's what a Mexican restaurant calls itself because no one speaks Spanish? Or at least they don't want to speak it, most of their customers speak Spanish 🤔 they should have employees who speak it I know we are in the USA but it is a tourist country

Placed an order today and I forgot to add lettuce to my bowl. The guy who was preparing my bowl was putting the lid on my bowl when I asked for lettuce. He had such a nasty attitude, I asked him if it was a problem. He let out a deep sigh rolled his eyes and said no. I told him if it was a problem I could walk away all together. Customer service was awful! I tried to call and report him but apparently there isn’t a manger I speak with so I’ll describe him here. Long hair medium build Spanish guy, everyone else working on the line and in the back were African American. I hope someone reads this that’s in management and reprimands him bc. his attitude was uncalled for when it was simple fix and even if it wasn’t YOU’RE at work, take a wild guess, to do WORK!

Management is garbage. They only have 1 server during busy lunchtime and don’t have the veggies when ordering a veggie bowl worst service we came from Davie to eat here at chipotle the servers have some attitude and the manager isn’t even here.
