Condescending manager, careless packaging, no resolutions offered by management, awful service.
Ordered oysters, sauce and salad only to not be able to eat the oysters because the person packaging them either packaged them too hot or should have used a foil insert.
When I got home I sat them on the chair in the living room & watched my friend cook her food. When I went to eat them, I took them out the bag and the oysters literally fell out of the bottom!
When I called the location to let them know, I spoke with the manager, maybe named Joe, and not only did he try to blame me in some way of doing this on my own, but he insisted that I “use common sense” and ask who moved my food to the kitchen or to realize that they can’t package them as hot as it would take for the food to burn through the box.
I repetitively advised this dude what I did, where the food was, showed the box, advised of how the food was being taken out of the bag— ETC! He keeps claiming I DID IT, but the sad fact is my salad was in the same bag and I had to refrigerate it bc it was not cold at all from being in the bag with the oysters.
I’m actually disgusted by the managers actions, I WONT be dining in or out of this establishment ever again, and be careful because he seems a little prejudice and a LOT condescending. I was speaking to him calmly and as people passed by, he YELLED I called the police — I DID, bc I need my coins back and now I have what I need to get my whole bill refunded ‼️🤗 Anyways, he tried to show out in front of people and cause a scene so I told him to have the night he deserves and went to write my review.

Horrible experience. First ordered a martini was horrible and served in a smelly wine glass. Second, the waitress barely came by when we asked for her we waited 20 min to be told “she’s very busy” mind you the place was dead and she had maybe two tables. Never going again. Paid our bill and left.

Smallest portion ever had from Crafty. With egg /potato and sauce in the bag read the scale. Doesn’t scale above a pound. Tried it on the baking scales without egg/potato and sauce not a pound. Wasn’t a pound of king crab. Not even close. No utensils/tissues or dip sauce. 1x gloves only. 86.02 not counting delivery and tip.

Food was OK. Ordered lobster special, Food portion seemed less than and crab legs lacked meat inside. Spice level Fire, but it wasnt spicy at all. Overcooked/Rubbery. Sauce extremely salty and lacking fresh garlic
Restaurant was empty, 4:45-5:20pm on a Thursday. We were the only table. Some non-family-friendly music playing uncensored (Walked in to Hot Girl by Megan thee stallion). Cool decorations I guess.
Server was atrocious. No warm welcome, waitress did not smile or refill drinks. Practically bussed our own table. She did not come back for so long that our empty cups of ice melted and I ended up waiting at the front to get the bill, which she then had to go grab the waitress from the back to retrieve my bill. I usually tip 20% but due to the lack of service I tipped 10%.
Will not be back.
