Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

First time visiting at this location and had a bad experience. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but my order TO GO was not as pleasant. I ate in and enjoyed the atmosphere. I order a cheese burger and my bread was stale. I ordered 2 blizzards to go and while I was standing waiting on my order. One of the workers who was making them. Dropped my blizzard and spilled some out of the cup on the counter, placed my cup back on the counter and another worker cleaned my cup off a little bit and put a lid on my cup and gave it to me. I politely asked can they make my blizzard over. It was a slight issue. A new customer who never been there felt some type of way on how I was been treated. My blizzard was made over and I was on my way home. When I got home I noticed my blizzard was leaking. I thought it was from the top of the cup. It was leaking at the bottom of the cup. My cup had a big hold at the bottom and leaked in my car everywhere. I'm PISSED! I couldn't enjoy my blizzard when I got home because it leaked everywhere.

How is it they close at 10 pm
But yet the grill is closed at 9:15pm??? Rude employees there when I said not even 9:50 they close the drive throw window on me never answer my question

Went through drive thru. Ordered a vanilla and chocolate twist. When I got to the window the employee says the machine was broken. Smh also no chocolate sprinkles

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after the absolute disaster of an experience we had here, I feel obligated to warn others. I decided to treat my wife to dessert, and we ordered a banana split—big mistake. What we got was downright pathetic. The portion was laughably tiny, with barely any ice cream, and they completely skimped on the fruit toppings. To make it worse, the pineapple bits they did include were clearly spoiled. It was revolting. This is hands down the worst banana split I’ve ever had, and it’s a shame to see how far Dairy Queen has fallen. I would strongly advise against wasting your money here. Total disappointment.

They could give you more food for the price. The price is too expensive and you don’t even get that much food but overall the place is really clean and everybody is pretty friendly.

I was not expecting to receive such friendly service before closing! The food was fresh, warm, and the employee or manager was very kind. Honestly, this place is a success. The inside was super clean also. Love it!

Went thru the drive thru, and I placed my order. Lack of correct wording on my part received different items. The manager was kind, understood my miscommunication, and gave me us exactly what we wanted. Showed professionalism and politeness, which is not often found these days. Oh yeah, also gave us a coupon for a free Dilly bar.??

This location likes to close their inside dining room 20 mins before closing time. Then waited in the drive thru for another 20 mins to then get a milkshake when I asked for a royal new York cheesecake blizzard.
Dillan even flipped the blizzard and made it seem like it wasn’t absolutely melted. Ridiculous.
