It was surprisingly busy. The team there obviously was working as fast as they could but there were many consumers and not enough staff. Which resulted in a line, upset customers, and delays in orders. Food was great and my ice cream too. Definitely will be coming back but management should find ways to improve this.
It's hit and miss. Good products but I have received cold food. One night they were out of chocolate ice cream. Not good.

Most might think there is just ice cream but they also have hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, Onion rings, salads...The atmosphere is great! Very welcoming and everyone is friendly. The staff is eager to assist you. It is always clean very clean when I have been there. Every table has outlets and USB charging ports at table level.The food is fabulous! Great quality and price. And the burgers actually have meat in them! Honestly it is the only fast food burger place I go to. I just wish there were more of them.
Dairy queen definitely feels like a place where you know what you're going to get before getting it. It is consistent, but in a good way.If I'm going out to get a blizzard, I know I'm getting a well priced treat that tastes the same as it always done, not making me question the process.Major negative for me however is that sometimes you just come at the wrong time where it's overcrowded but understaffed which is an inevitable with it. Floors also sometimes dirty, don't have pictures of it due to it not being that common.This location has no real complaints from me and their quality is decent.

There aren't any fast food places that I know of in South Florida that offer hot gravy as a dipping sauce for your chicken tenders. And this is one of the many reasons why I love eating food at Dairy Queen. Very delicious, plus they have awesome deserts! When I went, the staff was working hard and efficient. I only wish that there were more Dairy Queen locations that actually served food closer to me in North Miami Beach. This Dairy Queen is the closest one to me, and it's a 30-minute drive north. The Dairy Queen locations that only serve deserts make me sad.

Sloppy, greasy double hamburger that tastes so good.
One of the most clean fast food restaurants I’ve seen. I applied to work here before and the manager is such a sweet heart.Employees are engaging, king, and patient.I also love the desserts!!

Actual food was decent. 5/6 people in our car ordered a blizzard. Each of them were half melted soup. They definitely didn't show them to us upside down. We had to go back in once because the order was messed up. Had to go back in again for a straw. I chose not to go back in and get the ice cream replaced. I don't like the idea of an angry person remaking 5 blizzards. So we are our ice cream soup disappointed.

I ordered thru the drive thru and service was very fast. Customer service was friendly. Food was as expected. I usually order the soft serve vanilla cone with sprinkles, nothing special. Will come back again soon!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I both ordered Blizzards from this location and both Blizzards had mix-ins from other Blizzard flavors. I had ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and found pieces of chocolate cookie in it, he ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard and his had pumpkin in it. I am concerned that equipment is not getting cleaned properly, as his was pretty clearly mixed after mind and he had pumpkin in his. This is especially concerning in the case of customers who have allergies, this could very easily become a health hazard.
