The worst customer service experience by cashier ARMANI. (Smart Mouth). Needs to be retrain or maybe look for another career path. If he doesn't like what he does he better quit, because he's making look bad the franchise.

Inaccurate information and deplorable customer service. First, this "booth" in Sawgrass Mills mall has no working phone number and no way to call ahead and place orders. Second, upon traveling to the mall to make the large order for a birthday party, the staff member indicated the product and necessary supplies (i.e. dry ice, insulated container) would be provided at the time of pick up. On the day of the party, I returned to find the manager stating that no dry ice or special containers are ever provided and that the staff member misinformed me as she was a new hire. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. Lots of disappointed kids. I'll never purchase dippin dots from sawgrass mills.

Ice cream from heaven. The 2 guys working there are cool. They close at 9pm and 8pm Sunday. Google said they close at 7pm.

Super tasty ice cream goodness! However, difficult to find within the Sawgrass mall as it is not listed on any maps. We walked around for quite awhile. For any others having trouble finding it, it was currently located between H&M and Sephora near exit 3. ?
