Worst location ever and anyone who gives this place higher than 1 star is a liar. Somehow my order never arrived TWICE? Refund? Nah, what does that mean to a bunch of kids that clearly get paid to do nothing. The first time, perhaps bad luck. Been waiting for that refund for a month, but the second time today? A true joke with kids that don’t know how to properly handle customers requests. Do yourself a favor and shut the store down before you piss off the wrong costumer on the wrong day.

Got delivered the wrong order. We initially weren’t upset when we called because we just wanted to let the workers know that someone else had received our order. We weren’t asking for anything in return. The worker who was initially on the phone was super nice about it. Very professional, understanding, thanked us for letting them know. He put the manager on the phone, the manager sounded very rude and had asked us to go outside and hand deliver our pizzas to our neighbor as that’s who received our order. We weren’t going to do that anyway because if you know the rules and laws about the food industry you know they can’t take the pizzas back let alone be given to another customer. My husband told him our toddler had already had a piece of pizza and the manager said “Well I have to go remake their pizzas now” and “Have a blessed day” in a very sarcastic tone and hung up on us which was very rude and unprofessional.
