The employees here are just awful; they couldn't care less about serving customers. The store seriously needs to step up its game in hiring or training these folks because they're clearly not invested in the business. If things don't change, this company is headed for trouble thanks to its lackluster staff.

This place is an absolute joke. My pizza came smashed, my HABANERO sandwich had no HABANERO sauce and my parm bites were burnt. The delivery driver couldn’t even hand me my food- I had to reach my hands inside the bag to get it? I went up to the store to have my food remade and the manager told me they could remake HALF my pizza and there was “no guarantee” it wouldn’t be burnt because of the “oven”. Piss poor customer service, one girl threw her hands up saying she was done with this and went back to the back- the other two stood with their hands in their pockets not making my food and highly unsanitary by the way. I ended up leaving with no refund, and no replacement- try to call corporate? They said take it up with the store! Absolutely insane. Will not EVER be back.

This place is a disaster. Ordered food at 5pm, at 6:45, the app said it was ordered. Obviously not. When the food finally showed up, the Philly cheese sandwich had almost no beef. My chicken bacon ranch pizza did not have bacon nor chicken on it. I drove to the store with pizza in hand, and the employees were so mad and upset. An hour later, I finally had the remake of the pizza in my hand. Upon inspection, I found that the remake was made incorrectly. I originally ordered thin crust, and the remake had regular crust. At this point, I didn't even want to argue any further, nor did I want to wait another hour for a 2nd remade pizza.

I would donate nothing if I could! After waiting for my pizza and wings for two and a half hours, I found that my pizza was charred and cold and my wings were undercooked. When I tried to phone the business, I had an absurdly long wait before I could speak to a real person. I will never give this place another dime of my money. Domino's has to improve. Spending too much money on pizza only to get garbage in return is what attracts customers. NEVER MORE!

If I could give 0 I would!!!!! I waited 2 and a half hours for my pizza and wings only for my pizza to be cold and burnt and my wings to be undercooked. I tried to call the store but the wait time for me to actually speak to a live person was ridiculous. This location will never see a dime of my money again. Domino's has to do better. Customers spend too much money on their pizza just to receive the trash they are serving. NEVER AGAIN!
I would like to commend Esther and Duane on their efficiency and willingness to make the customers happy even through adversity .I am however, very disappointed in the dominoes franchise as a whole. Esther was in the store taking call orders, in person order while making both. She was the only worker present in store. It’s quite disappointing to see her having to work so hard and unfortunately mistakes are unavoidable because there is too much on her plate. Something must change to help these workers. Thanks Esther and Duane for your service and making everything right for us.

Just ordered, Hawaiian that comes with pineapple, added chicken and jalapeño, clicked no bacon!!Pizza arrives, no pineapple and bacon!!What a drag. Don't eat bacon. Checked to make sure I did not order incorrectly. My order was how I wanted it. Went online to hopefully have them send a new pizza. You have options for a discount and for a free pizza with points tomorrow. Today is the football game that we are watching and today is when we wanted to eat our pizza. I called the store, I waited for up to 10 min each time I called. Nobody answered. I did this 4 times and gave up. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience.

Good Pizza; I made an excellent choice, it was well prepared and very tasty; never the less, an associate called me asking me to go and pick up the pizza since thay had no gas in the delivery vehicle. At the end I tipped online the driver plus the delivery fee which I expect they don't charge it on my receipt!
