I'm from Canada where Tim Hortons is our Dunkin Donuts and it's no contest, Dunkin is fantastic in comparison. Foods better, drinks are better, store is cleaner and service was much better. Wish we had these back at home!

First of all I called them four times to place an order for a box of coffee. After the fifth time they picked up. I told him I'll be there in 20 minutes. Then I called them again because I wanted to make sure I knew where the park in order to access their location within the mall. After five more times no one picked up. When I finally did arrive and paid for the order. They informed me that they didn't think I was going to show up. So the coffee was not made. They used the excuse the coffee would be cold. I got there 25 minutes and I told her I'll be there in 20. It makes no sense. Then the manager said well we didn't think you were coming in so we wanted to wait until you showed up. I explained to him I had called them several times. I even showed them my call log to let them know I called them at least 10 times to get directions as well as make sure that everything was ready. I had to drive an hour. And now they were holding me up. So I just eventually got a refund. The worst customer service ever.!!!!!

We stopped by Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins and loved it! There’s a huge selection of donuts, bagels, and muffins — everything looks fresh and delicious. The seasonal treats like the Pumpkin Donut, Halloween Munchkins, and the custom cakes in The Cakery section are amazing! The place is bright and cozy, the staff is friendly, and the smell of coffee hits you the moment you walk in. A perfect spot to grab coffee and dessert or pick up something sweet to take home.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for many years. I am in general a fan of Dunkin’s Donuts. This store is a very nice one. Every employee I have met here has been friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and brightly lighted for a very good experience. The negative reviews I have read have not reflected my years of visiting this Sawgrass Mills Mall location. I suggest you give it a try and make your own decision. Baskin Robbins ice cream, donuts, bagels, sandwich’s and always fresh coffee awaits you. Enjoy!!👍

Dunkin' is running a promotion where any iced medium drink is just $3. We asked a female cashier, who was not wearing glasses, which drinks qualified, and she pointed to the menu, confirming all of them!
After ordering, the cashier had a male employee ring us up, but he mistakenly charged us for a hot Chai Latte instead of an iced one. When we checked the receipt, we noticed the error and informed them we wanted the cold drink. The female staff member then claimed that only the Refresher was part of the promo. I reminded her that she had said all iced drinks were included. She insisted that lattes were excluded, so I pointed out that the Chai Latte was listed on the menu. Realizing she couldn't argue further, she asked another female staff member, who wore glasses, for assistance. They spoke in their own language, and she clarified that it wasn’t a Chai Latte.
Not wanting to argue, we requested a refund since we hadn’t ordered a hot drink. They called over the male employee and informed him of the mistake, which had resulted in us being charged nearly $6. I reiterated that I only wanted the iced Chai Latte for $3. However, if they continued to deny the mistake, I would prefer a refund. The female cashier without glasses finally handed me an iced Chai Latte and told me to leave.
Be cautious of this store; they overcharge customers and are reluctant to issue refunds. They often make excuses to dismiss concerns. It feels dishonest, and it’s disappointing to see customers treated this way.

New policy apparently... when you ask for less Ice, even though, it's a large one. So I guess you are paying for a lot of Ice and no coffe at all. Save your time, buy somewhere else...

There is no rhyme or reason to the service here. There are two registers. You would think the one on the BR side is for ice cream and the DD side one is fpr Donuts. The girl who helped us at the register legit just rung us up and stood there. No greeting, no nothing. She saw how busy the ice cream area was and didn't come help. We then were skipped and had to wait even longer AFTER we paid. Bella was the person at the register. Very unorganized establishment. And may I add, it was NOT packed

Went in to get my mobile order and there was no one at the counter for at five minutes. Milk jug on the counter with no lid. When the lady comes out of the bathroom, doesn’t even apologize for having a huge line waiting for her just looks at me and I proceeded to tell her that I had a mobile order walks away comes back, grabs the milk jug that she left on the counter and makes my drink and then gives it to me. No thank you no nothing. Which companies were just hire people that actually wanna work and need to work
