Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store located in Sawgrass Mills Mall. On 10/23/24 I went to buy a dozen donuts with the intention of giving them to my children. However, the experience was disappointing from the start.

First, I had to wait a considerable amount of time to receive my order, despite the store not being particularly busy. What was most concerning is that when I finally received the donuts, they were all old and stale. My children could barely eat them because of how bad they were, which was both frustrating and unpleasant.

I have an issue that I go into a store, have the associate scan my app. She scanned but had no idea what she was doing and rewards didn't take. The worse part is that NO ONE speaks English who works here, so they can't even communicate appropriately with me. The guy who's supposed to be the manager, I just watched him SCRATCH HIS CROTCH in front of me while I'm explaining the issue to him and asking why was my order was not being made. I asked him this question because there was a family that walked in front of my child who was waiting at the ice cream counter for her order that was already paid for, bypassing the order counter and the lady started to prepare their order before they even place a formal order. My order was already formally placed. The biggest issue is the manager did not even wash his hands because he couldn't even understand in English that I was explaining to him that it was nasty that he stood there and scratched his crotch in front of me while he was struggling to communicate with me in English.

This location in Sawgrass mall wasn't very helpful at all. I ordered online but I didn't realized until I got there that I chose the Dunkin across the street on my app. I informed the worker in Dunkin Sawgrass and she let me know she cannot give me the order even after purchasing it online. She kept saying they are different venue, store and location. And I offered to show her the receipt, she even asked about it as well. I was able to provide that for her. She looked at it and still gave me the same response that she cannot give me the order I purchased from there which I do not understand because Dunkin is Dunkin. It's not like I went to purchase it on Krispy Kreme App and went to pick it up on Dunkin. At this rate, I am already pressing the time because I came for my lunch break. I still want the issue resolved. I asked her I needed to talk with the manager. She said she is the Manager. So that just made it all worse. U would think she can figure it out easily . But instead she shrugged it off and ask to take next person in line. As a loyal customer there...this is not appreciated and she is very unprofessional and has no Customer service skills. She was wearing a blue shirt with the hat. I came there around 3pm ish. I highly do not recommend this Dunkin in Sawgrass. I regret coming here today. It was such a waste of time. They don't deserve my hard earned money. Customers are better off getting coffee elsewhere where they are willing to go above and beyond. And loyal customers are happy with their purchase. Because this truly isn't it.

Don’t come here if you order online !i accidentally ordered at a different location and the manager in a blue shirt refused to make my drink here. mind you i was on a lunch so I couldn’t drive to the other location horrible customer service

Came in today trying to make it before they close but they turn off the lights soon as we were walking towards the building! 6:48pm
But according to the sign they close at 7pm

Took a pic of the door sign and an associate opened the door with an attitude as when we were walking out and ask me
“Can I help you?”
I ask if they are open she immediately answered we are close! I responded with
Your sign says 7pm
She answered no we are close happy father’s day!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience at this store! Greys is an awful assistant manager. She had an entire crew working under her with the nastiest attitude. When you spoke to her, she had just as bad, if not worse of an attitude! It's an ice cream shop, what are you so upset about??Avoid this store at all costs, they're overpriced and have no sense of customer service in the least bit. A little girl was handed an ice cream cone and the single scoop fell off the cone, when asked for a new scoop they smirked and said you have to buy another one. Are you serious? It's a consumable! You don't lose anything by replacing a single scoop versus losing customers because of your lack of proper service.Fire Greys, she's doing your store more harm than good.
