I visited Dunkin' Donuts and ordered an Americano, hoping for a well-brewed coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The Americano I was served had an appalling taste—it was bitter, watery and it had strange smells, completely falling short of my expectations. I truly hoped for better quality, considering Dunkin' Donuts' reputation, but was disappointed with the outcome. I do not recommend this brand or location to anyone

I’m probably also going to contact corporate about all I am about to write here.You need to fire or retrain that employee by the name Jesus that works here. He had no customer service skills and is beyond rude. Also please train staff on how to work a register and on how to help assist a customer on reloading their app with money. I’ll more than likely never return here that’s unfortunate.

Got one single scoop of ice cream with sugar cone eat the top part of ice cream when it comes to cone remove the paper all the glue stuck to the cone I ask the worker keila if she can give me other cone and she refuse to give money back for cone.
