Staff had an attitude and started loudly complaining about customers. One worker started talking about how stupid customers were and the rest of the staff joined in talking about how much they hate their job and how they want to leave even though they were clocked in for 2 hours so far. Food was good ig but damn they were impatient fr 💀

Drink not made correctly asked for less ice. Manager also wanted to charge for extra matcha scoop but gave a courtesy. Never had a problem at any other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’d gladly go to the other Dunkin donuts locations and not this one

Please note I’m always at Dunkin Donut. I spend $70 per week on coffee from Dunkin. I’ve always visited this location several times per day, until today my I got there and there was a Gray SUV at the drive thru window, that pull over to the far right side. I approached the window and was told by the guy to pull around or back up, I asked for a straw for my child that was sitting in the back seat of my car who is not feeling well and he guy in the window told me no. His back up coworker came to the window and stated I’m going to call my manager and I said ok. Then they closed the window. He was very rude! I left Dunkin Donut because I’m a woman with my child who is not feeling well and I was terrified and I didn’t want any problems. I will advise the manager about this incident and I highly recommend they find a new crew for the Saturday pm shift.

Says it opens at 4 am the day we went. We went out of our way to go there since it was one of the few places open at that time. Tried the drive through , nothing. Tried to go inside and the lady inside waved us off that it was closed.
They wouldn’t take twenty they said it was ripped and wouldn’t take it but it was not.. went to a different dunkin and they took it no problem. Don’t go here they are clueless in my opinion

Just ordered a chorizo, egg wrap in the drive-thru. The cashier didn’t greet or acknowledge me when I pulled up to the window because she was too busy texting or surfing on her phone. I waited for maybe two minutes after she walked away talking to other employees with her phone still in her hand. She finally came back opened the window to get the money and hand me my wrap. After taking a few bites I discovered the middle of the wrap cold. If my food was handed to me immediately I would’ve just thought that they rushed to get it to me, but the fact I had to sit and wait and still receive a partially cold wrap is unexplainable. Of course this lady did not provide me with a receipt so I’m unable to leave a survey, so I did the next best thing.

Poor service this morning. Regular employees must be off. The drive thru line didn't move and kept getting longer until customers like me drove away to spend our money elsewhere. Tighten up Dunkin.
