In the past 2 weeks there has been such a huge change in staff and quality. I have had to ask my coffee that I’ve been getting every day for a year to be remade multiple times when I never had to do that before. Today the new manager was yelling at his employees while we sat at the window and the staff is overall disrespectful to eachother. This location needs a culture change and better training on consistency overall

Doughnuts taste like they are a week old when I ordered at 5 am they should be fresh. They never ever get my Uber eats order right. I always order chocolate glazed and they give me different doughnuts every time. This place is a scam

BRE was absolutely amazing , was super lost ordering something and she guided me step by step through finding the best drink for me , positive attitude and super friendly, truly made this a memorable Dunkin off that interaction alone.

Black lady on intercom was rude. Cut off the guy on intercom just to be rude. She was the manager
WRONG HOURS on the STORE WINDOW and GOOGLE. All the stores managed by SFFL in this area are trash. This management company is terrible at their job and for this store they can't display the correct hours of operation. SFFL doesn't clean ice machines on a regular maintenance schedule for stores that they manage. This is nasty and dangerous. I'll continue to review all Dunkins in my area to keep you posted.
