My experience there was TERRIBLE. The store manager there NAOMI was very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I was placing an order in the drive through and I didn’t see what I usually get on the menu so I asked the man I was speaking to about the item and he said they still sold it. When I asked him to say what’s in it, (becuase I haven’t ordered it in months, and I know there’s different versions of it), she aggressively took the mic and spoke loudly and abrasively, not even answering my question. Because of that, I didn’t even order food. And then after the horrible interaction she had the nerve to yell THANK YOU. When I pulled up to the window. The other employees were kind but they were happy to know that I stated I would reach out to corporate because this seems to be a common behavior for Ms NAOMI. In my opinion, it is in the best interest of this company to remove this nasty individual from this job. She dam sure shouldn’t be calling herself a manager.

Very Bad Customer Service

Worst service I have come access by far. Waited for 20mins and was told (u til I requested to cancel the mobile order) that you have to tell them your name and that you’re at the store so they give it to you (I have never had the need to do this at any dunkin or starbucks but I guess it’s the area right). Proceeded to get my order 20mins later inly to hear the store manager and everyone else talk smack about me standing around and not telling anyone (again, how would I know your store has people taking food that does not belong to them?) 🤷‍♀️ I did not know the people from the area have the need to take items that do not belong to them. Maybe ask a customer instead of just staring at the ceiling like your employees were doing

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. We walked in and waited for a full 10 minutes without a single employee bothering to greet us or take our order. Instead, I watched the staff sitting in the customer chairs, glued to their phones like they didn’t have a care in the world. No acknowledgment, no service—just pure laziness. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored
