Horrible service, . I don’t even know where to begin. One time I showed up an hour before closing and they refused to make me coffee because they said their machines were down. Reality was they didn’t want to clean up again because they were 1 foot out the door.
Another time they told me that they couldn’t take my cash because the registers have been closed.
Another time I asked for my receipt and they said their printer is broken. I asked for the manager or the manager is nowhere to be found.
Another time I asked them for something that’s supposed to be on the menu. She had no idea what I was talking about but as soon as I got to the drive-through window, there was a picture of it right there.
I never get a smile and never get a thank you. I think it’s horrible service.

South cannot handle the amount of customers coming into the store as well as drive-through. Orders take forever and staff is snappy if you ask about your order. They hardly even remember to give you your receipt and have zero customer service skills.

There weee 3 cars In front of me that had already ordered. I was made to wait literally for 16 minutes before they took my order. When I got to the window I can hear the 2 young ladies talking about personal stuff. I got home and they were clearly too busy talking that they forgot to put the bacon on my avocado toast which I paid for. Unacceptable customer service !!

I came at 6:30 to get a macchiato. The lady at the drive thru said they close in 30 minutes so they only had i wd tea and coffee…. Shouldn’t everything be available until you close? Why would you close and clean one of your machines when you’re open for another 30 minutes???
